I would recommend it.

The hotel is located far from the noise. Surrounded by green gardens and spaces made the area very healthy. The price for service was good.

The breakfast was expensive for what is offered. The WC is small for someone big shaped.

Close to Parc des Expositions

The location was perfect for us. Close to exhibition centre and also close to tram. Good wifi and parking. The reception staff were very helpful.

Smelly apartments in residential area very close to Beaujoire Stadium

We've choosen this hotel just for the location - near the Beaujoire Stadium where were concerts we'd planned to visit. The room was spacious, the bed was clean. Huge Carefour is very close to the location, and about 15-20 minutes from Gare SNCF by train (by the way, the tram is free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays!!!). And that's the only thing that was good there.

The hotel is locating in the residential area, many migrants live here so the people on the streets for somebody can be seen as unpleasant. But we haven't any problems with that. The smell of garbage on the first floor, not very clean bathroom at the first check, dirty (and non-functioning) cooking plate, no air-conditioning, small bottle of shampoo for two persons for three nights - that's way less than required. Reception is closed on Sundays so if you have any problems on that day - you'll have to wait till Monday (on Saturdays reception is working till 12.00 but basically they don't work). Also breakfast is serving everyday except on Sundays. Breakfast is very humble, not worth its money. Very important thing - the room aren't cleaning during your stay - you have to extra pay for it.... I find it strange... In our room the mattress was smelly but I can't say for other rooms.

all was good. location ok, room could have been more spacious however facilities good, helpful to have scourer and washing up liquid, bed was very comfortable, shelf under TV so can connect device to stream to TV, curtains blocked out light well, staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was nicely equiped and clean.

No air condition: in room was 35 C and we cannot sleep, so our stay here was a real nightmare: no way how to reduce temperature. Hotel was dirty and in a groud floor smelled garbage: so cleanig stuff is probably paid just for claning rooms, corridors and surroudings extraordinery messy. Surroundings - typical suburbs near motorway and shopping centers.

Everything is ok for me, except the wifi connection!

Overall, it is comfortable to stay. Clean, friendly staff, enough furniture in the kitchen to cook…

I couldn’t connect to wifi, both mobile and my laptop!!!! The 2 first days of my stay, it was Ok, but after that, although I tried many times, it still didn’t work. When using the bathroom, the water is easy to spill out of the shower compartment, and outsider seems to be no drainage hole. But, it is OK if we pay attention on it.

We booked a room for 2 men with 2 beds, but for some reason we were given one king-size. Since the reception does not work after 18, one had to sleep on the floor. Apparently, the employee secretly sympathizes with faggots.

Comfortable bed, TV with many channels, good Internet connection, great little kitchen, clean bathroom. Far from city center, but close to tram stop of line 1 so it is very easy to get anywhere. Intercity buses stop there too. Train station is also on this tram line. Big shop Carrefour is close too.

Bathroom would be better if there was some mat near shower or if the shower had something more than just curtain to "close it", water gets easily outside the shower space. Otherwise I really liked how the apartment was furnished.

Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique, serviable et à l’écoute face a la situation précaire de la réservation (ajout au jour le jour en fonction des recherches immobilières)

C’est vraiment un petit détail: l’absence d’infos sur la buanderie pour les nouveaux arrivants (nécessité de prendre des jetons à l’accueil pour utiliser les machines qui ne fonctionnent pas avec la monnaie classique)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les informations apportées, les attentions notamment les savons, serviettes, lit bébé et le service d’urgence disponible à tout moment.

Le confort de la literie est à revoir, ainsi que sur la propreté du studio. Nous avons pu remarquer que les lits sont fait rapidement, de même que le nettoyage.

Bon accueil Bonne organisation car nous sommes arrivés tard et nous avons pu nous installer confortablement dès notre arrivée Respect de tout le monde, aucun bruit, calme grand ascenseur Beau studio, très propre , pour un couple et un enfant Literie parfaite Linge propre Bon équipement pour 3 Nous étions vraiment très bien, belle grande et large terrasse (un petit salon de jardin aurait été le bienvenu😉😊) A 3 personnes, appart vraiment bien conçu Nous étions tous à l'aise, pas les uns sur les autres Salle de bain très bien, eau chaude Un réel plaisir pour ce séjour Nous n'avons pas pris de petits déjeuners au restaurant mais dans notre studio ( cafetière, bouilloire) Ayant demandé une réservation pour une place de parking, nous l'avons eu gratuitement Magasin Carrefour a proximité, moins de 10 minutes à pied, avec salon de coiffure, Yves Rocher, body minutes, pharmacie, pizzeria.....etc ouverts jusqu'à 20h génial Osez pousser la porte 👍😉😁😊 Personnel très accueillant, serviable, souriant quelque soit la fonction professionnelle

Si on reste un mois, sans petit déjeuner ça reste plus cher qu'un Airbnb Mais pour un court séjour nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir

L’appart est pas mal et bien situé, mais le manque de propreté nous a gaché notre Séjour.

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer surtout avec des enfants. Impossible de marcher pieds nu, en quelques seconde les pieds de notre fille étaient noire de saleté. J’ai du aller acheté du désinfectant et de quoi tout nettoyer avant utilisation.

La chambre reposante. Le personnel d'accueil et de ménage (un grand merci à la personne qui a déposé à l,"accueil ma clé oubliée sur la porte par ma faute). Le prix L'emplacement Les équipements Le parking privatif

Une panne de courant la première nuit (mais je pense que l'hôtel n'y est pour rien). La douche n'avait pas bcp de pression (mais en retirant le pommeau de douche, il y avait davantage de pression avec le tuyau).
