Great location!

Fantastic location for the price - super central and great area for food and drinks.

Cannot be dropped off by front door (but not really an issue). Noisy at weekends, but still managed to sleep.

Double bed is only 140 One light in bathroom not working Weird smell in hallway Lamp by bed doesn't work Clean the kitchen or pay 15 euros 250 euro deposit Ran out of hot water No cleaning if you stay less than a week. And no tools to clean for your self, that costs extra. Overall a sense that you are not welcome. This seems to be the new budget hotel way. Be smart and spend a little more for more comfort and less problems.

Disappointing

It's in city centre, rooms are big

Really bad smell from the bathroom (don't leave the door open), it was really hot in the room (no AC and last floor room), staff was not so nice, they wanted 250€ deposit, which they wrote they want on the day of arrival which is not so nice, they should write it before booking, they gave it back the same day of checkout but anyways wouldn't book it again because of that and reasons above

Queued for around forty minutes to check in. Property required a 250 euro deposit. This was hidden in the T&C's and not made obvious prior to booking. I think that is very poor.

breakfast and staff for breakfast were very good.

the location was excellent and very quiet.

when we asked for another coffee sachet it was denied. also no milk in the room. bit poor for a 3 star hotel. lots I instructions on how to function in the room which was annoying.

It was clean and comfortable

The shower in the bathroom was depreciated, strange why there was only one face towel for three people. There was no milk of any kind in the coffee and tea set.

Location is great! Next to metro, pubs and restaurants. And close to the winter Christmas market and it was beautiful . I enjoyed the place

Exceptional

Very friendly staff and greeting. Even if only one night was booked they did not reduce their level of service nor care. Letting a tired traveller rest before book in time can sometimes be invaluable.

THE APARTMENTS PIC ON BOOKING.COM DIDN'T MATCH WHAT WE FISICLY SAW. when we saw the room that was small without a kitchen with a small fridge and stove in a corner. and this would represent an apartment, we asked the staff if we could exchange the apartment for a two-room apartment and pay the difference, according to the staff, the two-room apartment consisted of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa and TV. We went and checked the other apartment, it was bigger but in the living room there was only an armchair and the TV was mounted on the wall in the bedroom. so we had to keep the small room we originally booked.

Nice central location in a small room with a comfy bed and a kitchen with all the essentials.

Location was great, right in the centre of the Bouffay area which is full of restaurants and close to the main transit lines. The staff was very kind and helpful.

There was a bad smell coming form the shower drain, which was reported. They told me it was an issue of the whole area, but I had friends in other rooms and I visited bathrooms of nearby restaurants that did not smell as bad. However, when reported, they poured some product down the drain to temporarily stop the smell.

Cannot recommend for stay with kids/family. Extremely noisy, even though we got "quiet" room. Breakfast is so-so. Personnel barely could explain themselves on english.

Decent stay, but expensive for what you get. Need to remember that it is in France, so pay extra for basic facilities.

Great place to stay and enjoy the City!

I liked my room I liked that I had access to the hotel via door code so going out and back at late hours was not an issue!

Rooms get hot in summer and only supply a fan so an AC would have been perfect!

Excellent breakfast and service — yummy gluten free bread and scrambled eggs offered, too. Terrific location for our wanderings.
