A very convenient place to stay.

The Hotel is well located, only a few minutes from Commerce. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good shower/good wifi and very good breakfast.

There was a problem with the room when I first entered but fortunately, staff were able to sort it. It was a basic room, not an upgrade that I was expecting. Storage facilities are limited and the lower part of the glass "cube" is not readily accessible.

Decent but not spectacular

Centrally located - within walking distance of the university along with various restaurants, cafes etc. Room was clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast decent also.

AC was not working throughout my stay and it was a hot summer week so room could get quite uncomfortable at night. They did provide a fan which helped somewhat. Moved to a different room after the first night but AC there did not work either. Staff were apologetic and did compensate me by refunding one night's stay. Room could do with a tea/coffee station and a couple of bottles of water. More hot options with breakfast would be nice also. Overall, this hotel is ok but I would not say it is 4 star really - 3 star max.

Central and modern

The hotel was a very modern centrally located hotel. The room was gourgous and the beds were comfy. The staff were very accommodating ordering us a taxi to the airport and serving us drinks.

The room was only accessible by lift which we found to be strange as we were a group of four staying in two separate hotel rooms and despite being located on the same floor we had to go through the lift to visit each other. This was not suiting for one of our friends as she is scared of lifts, if you’re not this is just a minor detail. There was also no luggage hold so if you are arriving before check in or departing after check out you’d have to just leave your bags in the middle of the reception desk, a dedicated area for bags could be added to improve this.

Comfiest beds ever, coffee and tea bar was great.

The designs were very quirky and the location was very convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. We loved the fact that there was an area with free tea and coffee, I thought this was a lovely idea. Beds were really comfortable!

The check in time was quite late considering that we had arrived very early in the morning. The lady on the desk was nice enough to let us in at 1:30pm but we had to walk around the city from 9am until then whilst we waited. There was no mirror at the dressing table so it was a little awkward to get ready for two women.

Despite some flaws this hotel is still a gem. But it needs a bit of polish!

Location, staff and bed plus blackout curtains were excellent and the view of Saint Nicholas’ Basilica was wonderful. The breakfast was great too the morning that we had it.

The windows could have been cleaned - a great view is not so hot if you can’t see bits of it clearly through accumulated grime. The fittings in the bathroom and lights in the room were badly fixed which detracted from the design hotel feel the hotel is supposed to be known for.

Lovely small modern hotel in good location.

A lovely small modern hotel, well located in relation to major landmarks and an easy level walk from the train station. Good sized continental breakfast with omelettes on demand. Good coffee & tea complimentary 24/7 in the lounge next to the lobby (not in the room). Staff friendly and volunteered sights to see.

The doors to the rooms I suggest need a rubber strip on the bottom, as the person next to us was evidently a very heavy smoker as the smoke drifted in during the night and woke us up. I know it’s France and a lot of people smoke but this was pretty strong and I’m an ex 40 day person. Any way it was only 1 night.

The staff were prettly helpful and attended to my needs. I left my airpods in the property and they were very much willing to have it delivered to me.

very quiet room altough in middel of city. Corner room is also nice. nice bed

Wifi was not working great (if you work for travel one likes to check emails). so had to link computer to mobile. Also had feeling if you book through booking.com for example the mini bar is empty and no coffee or thee But nevertheless rest was good. not really to complain. I understand they rather not lose revenues to a booking platform but then dont punish the customer for it.

Superb

The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. The shower products (shampoo etc) were also of premium quality. The bed was very comfortable and I had 3 nights of very good sleep there. The staff was super kind and friendly. The location of the hotel could be described as at least superb.

Upon my check-out I asked if I could leave my suitcase in the hotel until I was back after 6-7 hours. The person in the reception agreed and I was told to leave my suitcase in the window next to the reception desk and that another member of the staff would take care of it. I was surprised to find my suitcase at the very same spot that I left it and completely exposed to anyone near the reception.

Stylish hotel at a reasonable price in the centre

Great location. Lovely room. Good size. Lovely staff who moved us to a quieter room when we expressed concern about initial room given on first floor facing street.

Liked it all but can’t drive up to hotel . That said car park not too far
