Fairly central yet not noisy. Bed very comfortable and nice bathroom. The person on reception was very helpful and pleasant. Everything I expected from a stay with this Ibis brand.

Small room, but didn't sacrifice comfort

Variety at breakfast was wonderful, always stocked and cleaned. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Walking distance close to so many things. Felt safe. Room was very small, but yet satisfactory and we had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay

Hallways to room had an unpleasant odor sometimes. Bed was just a little too firm, but seems to be the norm in Europe.

Had the worst experience ever. After a day of sightseeing, I returned back to the hotel room just to find used sanitary pads and cotton buds (which I previously put inside of a bin) were taken out from the bin by the housekeeping and put inside my bag with souvenirs, which I left in the room. Have never felt more humiliated in my life. This was definitely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The varied good value breakfast. The central yet quiet location of the property. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very Central, clean, comfortable beds. The only issue was that the room was really cold. But we told reception and they fixed it straight away. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience

The staff were extremely helpful booking a taxi for us, they also helped my son and daughter-in-law who were not staying at the hotel book a taxi to the airport as they were struggling to find one to take them with a baby, pram, and suitcases.

Although it was only for 1 night the standard room is quite small if you were staying longer it would be advisable to book a bigger room. Breakfast was very good, cereals with a variety of milks, fresh breads, danish/ cakes, pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of teas and coffee’s.

is located in the center so it’s easy to move around to the touristic places, it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Adequate for our needs but disappointed that our dog could not enjoy a Ibis breakfast

Location was excellent, the room was adequate for our needs

Our bathroom was extremely cold, the heating was provided by a small wall mounted heater and it wasn’t sufficient to heat the bathroom. In addition, we specifically chose the Ibis because they accept dogs in the hotel. However, they did not allow our dog to stay in the breakfast area. We therefore chose not to eat breakfast in the hotel. This was very frustrating, if our dog is allowed in a bedroom then why not the breakfast area. It cannot be a question of hygiene because our dog is accepted in many restaurants in Nantes. It is simply a bad decision by the hotel owners. They need to learn quickly from their mistake and accept dogs at the breakfast tables. Children are accepted, yet they are often very badly behaved.

Not very high quality service but the place is ok if you just need a room for a few nights

The hotel is right in the center and it looks quite nice.

The staff looks distracted, and sometimes they are not very helpful. I had the impression they just do what they have to, without trying to deliver an excellent service. They are often chatting among themselves as if they were hanging out with friends and guests were not there.

Good value; would stay there again

Great location and perfect for my visit. The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke many languages. The continental breakfast is more than enough to get your day started.

The small room was fine but check out the bathroom configuration to ensure it is large enough to get into the shower and to get to the toilet. Some can be a bit small for larger people.

A very comfortable hotel, ideally situated.

After our return flight was cancelled on Wednesday 6th July 2022, the staff at the hotel were absolutely superb in re-instating our rooms, finding other rooms and being so helpful and professional.

The en-suite was very small, the shower also, I would have liked more storage space in the en-suite.

Excellent place for comfortable stay

The room is small, but is having everything what you can need. It is clean and very comfortable (especially the bed). I liked in particular the number and position of sockets in the room. The hotel is silent and it is having a great location, in heart of Nantes. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, the best that I had on such money. An extra bonus is fresh orange juice.

Nothing that I didn't liked. I enjoyed the stay. In case that I visit Nantes again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Good location but not as soundproof as advertised

Friendly staff, good / central location, breakfast included.

The rooms were supposed to be soundproof, however the first one given was facing the road with pub and a bar few metres away. When asked to change it, receptionist was able to move us to one that had the window on an internal courtyard but we were able to hear next door room guest while using air dryer and making phone calls to friends. For the same price, I could have picked another hotel, we chose this because of the sound proof
