The decor was different to the usual hotel format and very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was super.
The only flaw for me was the scent in foyer - the was an overpowering perfume scent that I expect is used to hide sewage or damp smells - it’s an old building in a old city centre so perhaps the damp smells cannot be fixed

This property is truly a gem! It is an extremely well managed, comfortable property in an ideal location to explore Nantes. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast is well done with eggs to order. This is a property you will remember for all the right reasons. I highly recommend.

Location
Staff weren’t friendly or particularly helpful. The room was smaller than I’d expected as I’d upgraded. The breakfast was very basic & having read reviews I expected better. It’s not really a hotel it’s a B&B if they’re honest.
