Great Stay

The location is excellent, very central yet on a quiet street. The property feels brand new and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming.

The room is extremely small, even for 2 people. Thankfully, you can store your suitcases under the bed - otherwise, moving around the room with 2 large suitcases would be quite difficult😁

Fabulous little boutique style hotel. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything. Room was very cosy, albeit small, bed comfy and powerful shower. Highly recommend

The staff member who checked us in, was super friendly and chatty - such a warm welcome. Hats off to him. The location of the hotel is perfect to get out and explore the city, from shopping areas to the main tourist attraction the Chateau. Great clean rooms - what more do you need!

A couple of days in a charming city

The location is right in the heart of Nantes, Rooms were well equipped although a little small. Staff are excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet style and v tasty.

Beautiful apartment. Very stylish. Spacious and everything you need, well equipped.

No lift available and we had 82 steps everytime we wanted to leave the apartment. No air conditioning. Very hot.

Nice stay

A wonderful hotel with a prime location in the heart of the city center and close to most tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and ready to help at any time.

Breakfast may be limited but for me it was adequate considering the size of the hotel.

Would definitely stay there again!

We had an apartment and it was in the centre of town, the location could not of been any better! Our apartment had all the normal amenities kitchenette etc but we never used it. We were given the option to have breakfast delivered to our apartment daily but we opted to walk back to the hotel site which was only a 5 min walk each morning. Breakfast was fantastic, they would cook you bacon & eggs (any style) fresh every morning.

The only negative was that there was no aircon in the room and we had to ask for an extra fan as it was very very hot. The hotel were able to supply us with an extra one.

Easy to get too . Rooms lovely and clean and all staff lovely and attentive

When booking on booking.com I booked two separate apartments and one was for my elderly father then it realised that both apartments in separate locations so managed to get booking.com to contact hotel and thankfully changed back to two hotel rooms as need my father near me . But I was still charged the full price of two apartments and the hotel’s rooms where cheaper and hotel didn’t refund or offer to help . Disappointing

Highly recommended hotel in great location

Lovely hotel within walking distance of tourist attractions and situated close to many restaurants and bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel with a place to refill your water bottle. Room had nice decor, was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Beds a bit soft for my likely but that’s just personal preference. Still slept well.

A modern centrally located hotel with very friendly staff

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was large and comfortable. The decor was modern and welcoming.

Very good

The hotel is well located and a short (10-15 min) walk from most attractions in the city. The decoration is nice overall and the staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is very smooth.

The room we got was on the first floor and faced the main street, which is pedestrian and gets busy at night due to the restaurants and bars located nearby. While the room is insulated, you can still hear the outside noise, which might be a bother if you are a light sleeper. The air conditioning cools well the room, but it is a bit noisy; it is connected to the TV, so when you turn on the AC it switches the TV on to show the welcome screen. The shower and toilet are located right next to the bed and have a sliding door that lets light through, which almost certainly guarantees waking up your bed partner if you use the toilet in the middle of the night. While the breakfast is fulfilling, I felt that it was overpriced. There was a limited choice of cheese and ham, yoghurt toppings, fruit, bread, and juice. The tables are noticeably small, which makes it difficult to balance your cutlery, glasses, and plates when eating.

Barely catched out flight with their “transfer”!

The property is very nice, rooms are spacious and very clean.

I asked the property to pre-book us the taxi for 5:45am as we needed to catch our flight. I repeated 5 times to the staff that the MOST IMPORTANT thing for us is that taxi is in time as we can’t miss that flight. The taxi didn’t come at all. We almost missed our flight because of this and it was very unpleasant! The night shift staff helped only because I had the number of another taxi driver, but the guy was totally confused!

Central location, rooms are as expected city central on the small side, but overall fine for a 2 night stay.

The staff could do with more training - we had two members ( both male) that were really knowledgeable and helpful, sadly the rest seems u uninterested, unhelpful and we felt we were intruding on their conversations or meal times in the small cafe adjacent to the reception.,

Great central location but you pay for that with no parking!

Fantastic location, very comfortable bed, good coffee making facilities and good plumbing.

Lack of parking, and staff not very helpful on our first night when we arrived very late (gone midnight due to flight delay) and were told to ‘just use Google Maps’!! also our ‘deluxe’ room was tiny - barely room to get round the bed!

A wonderful hotel with modern decor, comfortable and clean rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city with many restaurants, patisseries and shops just around the corner. The staff were helpful, friendly and spoke good english. We really enjoyed sitting in the lounge of an evening with a glass of local wine.

The cosy rooms are exactly that. They are on the slightly small side but it didn’t affect our stay or experience there.
