Lovely staff, really clean apparetments but a terrible stay overall.

Average selection of food.

The aircon was broken so the windows had to be left open to keep the tempreture down. There was a loud argument outside the building with the people shouting around 2 am, a lorry unloading washing at 3am and at 5am our bed collapsed. We complained to the reception, the gentleman was very understanding but couldn't do much for us. We waited until the children woke up at 7 and left early.

Staff was friendly even though there was nothing they could do to improve the stay. Location was very good.

The carpet was disgusting and staff tried to find a clean room and none was available. Also minimum towels available, only one creamer for 2 people for morning coffee…not customer focused

Comfy bed but the place was basically a dump.

Location, and the bed was super comfortable, couch too.

The stains on the carpet which were disgusting, the fact that there was a hole in a wall and that the staff barely reacted when I mentionned it. Also there was no spoons, forks or knives in the kitchen. Not worth the price charged!

Apartment comfortable and most facilities okay. Breakfast provided was very good.

Terrible smell in the room when I first checked in. Complained at reception and asked for an air freshener as there were no other cleaned apartments available. No air freshener available and was informed by person on reception that the cleaner hadn't turned in so that was maybe why there was the smell. Not very happy with this explanation for obvious reasons. No ironing facilities in the room as advertised on Booking.com. I come to Nantes very couple of months on business but won't be staying here again.

La propreté , le confort , la possibilité de cuisiner et déjeuner dans le logement .

Difficile de repérer l enseigne de nuit …la dernière fois , de jour, km/h ai également eu du mal à la trouver. j ai tourné en boucle avant de le trouver ,car pas d enseigne lumineuse pour visualiser la localisation .

Chambre lumineuse et spacieuse, literie de belle qualité. Kitchenette pratique et bien équipée. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel adorable et disponible.

Le standing de la salle bain peut être amélioré quoi qu elle soit propre et bien équipée.

Séjour agréable, bien centralisé et pas bruyant.

Chambre parfaite, l’amabilité du personnel.

L’éclairage de l’enseigne : En pleine nuit c’est difficile de trouver l’hôtel. De plus le parking n’est pas éclairé donc on cherche un peu ses affaires dans le noir. Un maeilleur éclairage s’impose.
