Accueil parfait ! Nous avons eu un petit imprévu à notre arrivée, mais la réceptionniste a été extrêmement réactive et a trouvé une solution en un rien de temps. Un grand merci à cette dame très gentille pour son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons !

El personal es lo mejor del alojamiento
El hotel está un poco viejo y no se puede quedar limpio del todo. El tram está en obras y hay que ir en bus (pasa con mucha frecuencia) pero no nos avisaron.

Absence de climatisation et la VMC était en panne (panne qui dure depuis longtemps apparemment) ce qui fait qu’il faisait très très chaud dans le logement
