The bedroom and bed

The separate wash basin for the toilet in another room and the floor was dirty. The table outside was dirty and the chairs dangerous. At first we were given a room with dirty dishes in the table and a workmen’s dirty clothes in the wardrobe … disgusting.

On the positive side: it's a quiet motel with a gated area and a large parking lot. The rooms are relatively clean.

The messaging system at this motel is set up terribly. After each message to them, it sends an automatic work schedule. Even during working hours. Communicating with the staff is impossible. When we arrived 10 minutes before the end of the workday, the guy at the reception didn't even wave his hand, as if to say "I'll be right there." Instead, he started closing the curtains in front of us. They took money from us before check-in. But on the day of departure, they made us pay again, arguing that it was a reservation and it would be refunded. This wasn't mentioned in the description. The description says there are 2 bathrooms, but it's just separate toilet and bathroom spaces. The kitchen has ONLY ONE power outlet.

Good

No frills convenient stop on journey down to Spain. Staff very helpful and efficient. The accommodation looks dated and tired, however it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and had a good amount of room for our dog. Room had a terrace. There is a restaurant literally next door ‘Le Butcher’ which was FAB and we could take our dog inside and had a lovely meal.

Large apartment in a quiet green area with birds singing in the morning. Friendly staff. Window blinds that were able to stop outside lights very well.

The apartment had a TV but only French TV channels, would have liked to have some English channels. The oven ventilation wasn't working efficiently so we had to open the entrance door in order to freshen up the air. Hot shower water is produced via a boiler that wasn't I suppose working efficiently as after not more than 10 minutes water would already be cold. Heating in the apartment is produced by heaters which don't have possibility to set temperature for some value. You can only set them from 1 to 8 which can be either too cold, or too hot. We ended up leaving them on 5-7 depending on the moment of the day, but would have been nice to be able to have some constant temperature inside. Location of the apartments is quite far from the city, but you can get to city centre by walking 15min and then taking tram 1 which takes you directly there.

Very friendly staff! We enjoyed the neighborhood like atmosphere. Be aware that your front yard will be within a block rather then towards woods. That means you can see your neighbors also. We enjoyed that as we were having nice neighbors. The location was great. Close to Atlantis shopping center, close to Nantes, 45 minutes to the next beach.

You have to clean the kitchen yourself. No problem! But the people being in the apartment before us didn’t do a good job cleaning. All in all the cleanliness was ok. There was a bit of mold in the shower. Still, it was ok, but not perfect. There is no AC, so prepare for hot nights in the summer.

Awful and pictures are not accurate: don’t stay here!

This apartment looked nothing like it did in the pictures. It was extremely basic and was dirty, not what you want when staying during a pandemic! We had no choice but to leave and find accommodation elsewhere as there was no way my children were sleeping in there. Advice to others don’t book. There were apartments with pots of plants and washing outside so I think this is used as a place to house those who are in need of emergency housing for Nantes. Definitely not somewhere you want to spend any part of your holiday in. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Logement vétuste (murs abîmés et sales, rideaux tâchés, bouilloire et grille pain encrassés, salle de bain qui sent la cigarette...) Ne correspond absolument pas aux photos qui donnent envie. Au vu des photos je pensais que c'était que des maisonnettes, nous avions des personnes au dessus que nous avons entendu très tôt le matin. Le logement ne correspond absolument pas au standing des photos diffusées sur le site.
