A pleasant stay with helpful staff, but disappointed not to receive the room type I booked.

The hotel was clean and within easy walking distance to the concert venue, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff member was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

I booked a double room with a double bed but was given a room with two single beds, which was requested as I am tall and needed more space. Mind you, I booked this the 5 April 2025, and paid in full in September 2025 (prior to the due date for payment). The bathroom vent ran continuously and was quite loud I could hear noise from the room above where music was played late. A bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch.

Overall good location good value for money

Good location, only 10 min from airport. Clean room and sheets etc.

Shower head was very small and felt like taking a shower with a garden hose. We have arrived around 2300, the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all since he was on a video chat with someone.

Good location if you need to be at the outskirts of the town, big shopping center and restaurants very near. Clean and very helpful staff. Secure parking.

Rooms too small, not enough space to place even one suitcase. Another inconvenience is the toilet glass see-through door which might make some people uncomfortable if they need full privacy.

Great hotel for stopover or for visiting Nantes

Nice modern hotel with fantastic staff. Very well located near to tram line 1 to city centre. Great breakfast. Good choice of chain restaurants nearby.

Location near Atlantis mall, breakfast and secure entry-coded parking.

Under new ownership and/or management since October 2022, but we found the staff on reception were not as kind or welcoming as when we stayed in Summer 2022.

Lovely, well connected hotel near the Zenith of Nantes

Chose this hotel as we were meant to attend a concert. It is located a close walk from the Zenith and that was the mean reason we chose to stay there. The hotel is well connected to the town centre of Nantes as well as it is right by a tram line, and it was really easy to come and go. We also had our car and this hotel had a car park, which was another reason we chose it. The hotel is in a commercial area so was very quiet at night and we had a lovely nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was great. Fantastic choice and quality products!

Had a great stay all round, the only slight negative was the price of the stay, which felt a bit high for the location of the hotel (not central, which would command this kind of pricing).

Great location when driving from south of France to catch Cherbourg ferry. Walking distance of superb Atlantis mall plus many restaurants etc. Calm, relaxed atmosphere, lovely decor and well-trained staff.

Room quite compact, cleverly designed, but would have liked more space, eg around the twin beds.

Passable accommodation, served a purpose

It was conveniently located, it served a purpose (which was an overnight stop). it was quiet and ‘reasonably’ priced.

In our bedroom, We got one pillow to share between us and two plastic cushions. Appreciably we didn’t go and ask for more. We stayed here as an inexpensive overnight stop travelling from Honfleur via Bayeaux and Mont Saint Michel to Bordeaux.

Very welcoming staff, clean room, great value and great location.

We only stayed one night travelling north to get ferry. It was the ideal location. I was afraid it might be difficult to navigate to and from with traffic but not at all. Location was brilliant. The room was very clean and quite, and bed very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming , helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and very reasonable in our booking. I would highly recommend a stay there, and will return again.
