Good value, excellent customer service, convenient location, just perfect for us

We arrived late at night (after midnight) and the Hotel had arranged for us to have access to the security gate and front door to collect our keys. The spoke to us before our arrival by email to ascertain our requirements and they met them perfectly

Very helpful staff. Particularly the night receptionist. Free wifi. Tea and coffee in room. Nice breakfast. Good location for passing through Nantes

No lift. In hindsight we need to request ground floor rooms in the case of no lift. Drawer under sink had not ber cleaned and was stained.

1. Communications possible only in French. 2. According to booking.com, you have to contact the hotel if you plan to arrive late. This I did, both through booking.com and by SMS, but no-one bothered to answer. So we were forced to change plan and arrive earlier.

Très bonnes indications pour récupérer les codes et la carte pendant la fermeture de l’accueil. L’emplacement très accessible, la sécurité, la propreté de l’établissement. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet.

cómodo y funcional

Esta muy cerca del periférico así que para moverse en coche es práctico, además el aparcamiento aunque es al aire libre es cómodo también. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio con máquinas. El personal muy agradable y en general todo bien.

En el desayuno eché en falta aceite de oliva y tomate triturado, pero era muy completo y estaba muy bien. La habitación un poco pequeña y poco práctica para trabajar ya que la mesa y la cama estaban muy juntos.

Sincèrement pas grand chose à part le fait de pouvoir recharger pour 15€

Rapport qualité prix , ne vaut pas 100€ la nuit Le petit dej est moyen pas d’œuf L’hôtel est vieillot , les chambres sont pas du tout accueillantes , ça manque d’un sacrés rafraîchissement … Et un filet d’eau chaude dans la douche le matin c’est vraiment moyen.

Un hotel vraiment top avec un accueil agreable, souriant, gentil, ... Et des chambres vraiment bien et propres, modernes et securisees. Parking disponible avec code si vous rentrez tard et propre, calme Ptt dejeuner bien avec du personnel souriant et vraiment agreable ... Je recommande cet hotel et j y reviendrai lors de ma prochaine visite a Nantes
