Our experience was terrible due to no air conditioning (centrally controlled) in very hot weather. Unclear as to whether this was just a few rooms or throughout hotel. Staff unable to resolve. We “slept” with the window open on 7th floor as that was the only solution the hotel staff could offer. Traffic busy until early hours. Hotel apparently full so we could not change rooms. Staff did not know what to do or how to handle the situation. Paid for parking - on top of sub-standard room. Dreadful experience. First and last time I will use Citadines. Avoid. UPDATE. The hotel has since responded saying that the problem was fixed whilst we were out for dinner. This is not true. We returned from dinner after 11 pm and reception said the problem had not been fixed. An engineer would be on site the next day. It was then we asked for the key to open the window in our room (as had been suggested by the manager earlier that day). When we got to our room it was very hot. It was only then that we opened the window with the key provided at reception. When I was leaving the following morning reception confirmed that the engineer would be on site later that day and said that the hotel had been fully booked which is why we could not change rooms. The hotel should accept responsibility for the problem and the fact that they did not fix it during our one night stay. To infer that we left a window open and went out and thats why the air conditioning didn't work is not true. Also suggesting that everything was done to accommodate us is not true. I saw the manager who had been dealing with us at 6pm finish shift and leave the hotel as we went out for dinner at 7pm. I appreciate our experience was probably exceptional but nonetheless, that was our experience.

Swimming pool is not good .Hotel doesn’t Even Have A Pool . They showed us a somewhere else pool .. so bad 👎 . To be honest breakfast is good . Bathroom water 🚿 too slow . Air conditioner is not good soo hot at night . Room is beautiful.

Parking was expensive, close for hospital but other sites in Nantes was a ride away, easy access on bikes and tram

Modern apartment outside town centre. Facilities reasonable though limited bar and health facilities. Good breakfast

The room are modern, spacious and clean.

It was a little further from the center of Nantes than I was expecting.

Lovely hotel, the staff were helpful and polite and the selection at breakfast was very good. We only stayed one night as we're stopping over so did not use all of the facilities but of what we saw we were impressed.

Breakfast was not included, there’s free drinks coffees or tea. I like the attention that I had from Mrs Feriel, after a fly cancellation!, she’s been very helpful and spent her time to help me. Great staff and special thanks to Omaima.

Complete the kitchen accessories: Boiler, pot lid, etc…

The location of the property was excellent, very close to primie tram and bus station. It is modern and very clean. Highly Recommend it.

The apartment was a decent size and had everything we needed. The small kitchen area was basic but sufficient. The bathroom was of a good size and had a nice walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers located in secure underground car park. No extra charge for fully charging car overnight which is a real bonus.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature although set to max (accepted it was particularly hot >32 degrees). Provided with key by reception to open windows. This did help with ventilation but made it very noisy due to proximity of busy roads

The breakfast was very good. However a little expensive at 17 euro each.

Not having a kettle in the room. The coffee machine was very good but not as easy as a kettle for making tea or other hot drinks.

The hotel had excellent location to trams into city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice. The pool with jacuzzi and gym very clean and easy to use.Overall we enjoyed staying here and will come back

On arrival there was a recolving door which could not fit our cases theough and got badly stuck? Recpetion clearly didnt notice and left us to struggle? This happened to various people and they do have an alternative door can open? There is no Bar only soft drinks which was disappointing. Studio appt with no cutlery to use for tea or if wanted to cook? No bottle opener for water. Just the small attention to detail would have given them a 10!
