Bed bug, crawling insects, dirty room

Bed bugs photographed on the bed with other crawling insects one from under pillow, entrance mat to bedroom dirty, bathroom facilities dirty. Would not recommend , we literately walked in and saw the awful room with all of the above and booked somewhere else. We have tried to get a refund but they are not helpful, they will not accept that the room conditions were dirty .

Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone and hope fellow Welsh and UK travellers do not book here .

Well design, nice rooms and bath, good Wifi.

We stayed with 3 kids for 2 nights and it was nice. The room and the place itself are very well designed, the beds are good and the room, even small, was quite nice. The bathroom were good with hot water all the time. Wifi is great and also free parking. Lobby with machine for coffee, tea or snacks.

Far from the city, so you really need a car. Breakfast is a litllt expensive for what it is. No refrigiator, even not in the lobby.

Auto check-in machine that gives you your room code even if you come in when the reception is not working. Pleasant staff.

Poor breakfast in a cramped cafeteria. Cramped rooms. Room wasn't very clean at all. Stairs only. No cards or keys, must enter the code every time you want to access the room. Way too expensive for what it is.

The family room with mezzanine. Very clean the beds were comfy.

No one there to do check in. They have a machine to get a code to enter your room and car parking. The bathroom was very small.

Bad hotel

I was happy to leave the place.

Uncomfortable. Dangerous stairs inside the room. Shower small and not comfortable. I didn't sleep well. You had to redo the code dozens of times to enter the room. The breakfast room was too small. The customers were almost pushing each other to get something to eat. Thank God I eat better at home! Overpriced hotel compared to others. Very bad experience.

Le confort etait très moyen pour le prix que cela nous a coûté

la jeune femme de la réception a été très aimable et très professionnel, nous avons eu une chambre qui je pense n’as pas été loué depuis un moment. Ça sentait l’humidité et le renfermé. La salle de bain le rideau de douche trainait au sol et il y avait de l’eau partout dès qu’on essayait de faire une douche.

Arrivée à minuit trente à l’hôtel (j’ai du prendre un hôtel sur Nantes compte tenu de l’arrivée tardive de mon avion. J’ai du appeler l’assistance en arrivant car absence de mon code secret sur ma facture ainsi que sur l’écran de l’hôtel . Le chauffage de la chambre 213 est en mode été . Pas possible de mettre le chauffage. J’ai eu froid toute la nuit. Suis très mécontent et mal dormi
