Don’t hesitate to book!

Easy to find from the motorway. All Staff were friendly and welcoming. Meal in the restaurant was good value and well cooked. Private car park in front of the hotel was large and easy to find a space. Would definitely return if needed a hotel in the area.

Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Well located on the way north from Nantes. The entrance to the parking closed at 11 pm, and as our flight was delayed we got there at 11.45, we had to call the reception but there was someone there to give us the keys; all worked out fine.

Ok, probably wouldn’t stay there again

Near to airport with easy free parking

Rooms were too hot and not able to adjust as it was 38c outside . Two very small thin towels in bathroom. Restaurant not open in the evening as it was a bank holiday. Customer still need somewhere to eat.

There was refurbishment going on and there were no breakfast facilities. We had to order the night before and it was brought to our rooms. There was no opportunity to have additional hot drinks and bread etc.

No restaurant - it is under construction. They are doing their best to provide a food service but obviously an on site restaurant that is fully functional is preferable especially as there are no alternatives nearby (the hotel is on an industrial estate)

Bad

We booked 2 rooms stating that we would not arrive until about 23.00. For over an hour we tried to find the hotel via our app, which continually told us that we were within metres of the hotel. We telephoned the hotel to ask for help and got no advice, although one of the men on reception could speak a bit of english. It was a very dark night, and the area is built up but without lights. We could not find the hotel although we were obviously very close to it, so we drove on and never registered. I fear we wont be staying with Ibis again!

Oh dear. Carpets in bedroom were filthy. Very very tired. Realise there were renovations but on the whole hotel should have been closed. Breakfast was forgotten and had to go to reception to remind them tea was delivered cold

the hotel was not as described/not accurately represented in the pictures. It said it had a pool (main reason for booking) and showed pics of the pool but there was not a pool there!!

The hotel was grand for our one night stop over , just a pity it was ruined by the address

it was convenient for us as we were travelling on the Cherbourg the next morning . the staff were excellent pleasant and helpful .

Well to begin with the address we had from Booking .com was not the address of the hotel and we drive around for half an hour with our GPS and Google maps trying to find a hotel at the address on our booking and could not find it , we were really annoyed . Twas only when we send the hotel and we were given the proper address that we hit there .

Great Staff

Hotel was very easy to access, just off the ring road. Clean and comfortable but it was the staff that I shall remember. We are an elderly couple who had had a long road journey and were very tired. Whilst my partner had a drink, Valentin made me two welcome cups of coffee from the closed restaurant. We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed but Valentin prepared an evening meal of minced beef and potato pies with a salad garnish and a warm roll. This was all done with a smile and meant we did not have to go and search for a restaurant. The breakfast was good and the lady on duty for breakfast and when we checked out could also not have been more helpful. Great staff.
