No restaurant, no heating in the room. Absolutely not acceptable for a French hotel, never again will I stay there.

Nantes hotel only okay

Value for money. Lovely newly renovated restaurant that I was able to use for remote working. Helpful staff who gave us a map of Nantes and guidance on trams. Our beds were very comfortable. I did enjoy the gluten-free mini bread loaf supplied to me for breakfast. Liked the chickens in the yard!

Our room was basic, tiny, dim, and depressing, so we spent as little time as possible there. No view either. Renovation work on the second floor made it noisy at times. Buffet breakfast disappointing (apart from GF loaf) Scrambled egg stodgy and cold.

Very difficult to reach without means of transport, not an easy access to the nearby stadium, untidy breakfast area left a bad impression.

the phone to reception didn’t work. I was surprised to be charged £1.30 in tax when I believe this was paid via booking. com. also, I had to pay 5euros per dog which wasn’t stated in the orig booking.

Clean room and friendly staff. We appreciated the free parking. Nice breakfast.

The room is small and it get too warm too easily. The bathroom (without window) is not well ventilated. Ventilation wasn't working properly.
