A disappointing start to the holiday.

Very welcoming receptionist, very comfortable room

The restaurant was closed and the bar was definitely overpriced - 45euro for a bottle of wine which would only have cost 15 euro on-line!

If booking is non-refundable on Booking.com then the credit card details provided to that agency should be sufficient for the reservation. Shower in #307 needs attention. Smart tv would be very useful. Halogen hobs not out if date electric hobs.

Awful. Please refund our money.

The restaurant was closed !! There was a private function and the hotel was full to the brim with people !! We had to use Uber delivery to eat !! The noise from the party kept us awake !! The breakfast area was a total mess !! The breakfast was so awful the hotel refunded us our breakfast cost !! We demand a full refund of the money we paid for the stay, and this hotel be removed from Booking.com’s listing. It is the worst hotel I have stayed at !! Please refund our payment.

Difficult to find any staff initially. The only member of staff on arrival was doing everything and once she could check us in after serving at the bar was exceptionally helpful. Obviously this is a business hotel so the weekends are quiet hence minimal staff.

The staff were great. Nice bedroom and it was well arranged for our baby (cot).

I didn't like the payment system. We have reserved by the Booking for the facility and they send an external link to pay for the accommodation, looking like a scam. It was the only complaint, the rest was great

Above average and fine for an overnight stop

Booked 2 family suites so had 4 rooms conjoined 🤣🤣 4 kitchens ( all unexpected..), 4 bathrooms etc etc. Good VFM and entrance/ feel much more upmarket than expected for a 'cheap' stop over in Nantes.

A very good hotel

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, with fresh products, very good coffee and free parking. The room was big with a comfortable bed a small kitchen with all the amenities, although we didn't use it. Excellent internet.

Good hotel, good location, and whilst mistakes happen, an apology would go a long way…

Great location for business travel around Nantes, very clean accommodation and good sized rooms

The one issue was upon arrival, I was given a card for a room, and upon accessing the room, someone else was already checked in to that room!! I immediately reported this and was told ‘mistakes happen’ and that was it… I’m sure it’s a one off, but it impacted how I felt all stay and received no apology.

It was convenient and great location, feel safe and comfortable with friendly staffs. BF and Bar service was great and very friendly. Cocktails was wonderful! The manager, Thibault very efficient regarding your concerns and made you feel pleasure and warming welcomed. Happy to stay here.

The King bed needs some work to make it comfortable is a plus!
