Very central place to stay

Central location, very quiet and spacy room.

Two consecutive nights alarm turned on because some guest was showering too hot. All guests were awake because the alarm couldn't switched off immediately. In the toilet there was a smell of canalization athough it was very clean.

A stop to enjoy Nantes!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the hotel. We chose it because it is centrally-located, which is perfect for visiting a city like Nantes, which we had never visited before. Getting through the barrier to reach a hotel located in the pedestrian area was a bit challenging, but manageable in the end. Exiting at the end of the stay was smooth and easy. Hotel has parking available, for a fee. We enjoyed that everything is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was great although, depending what time you arrive, some items are no longer available, which is surprising for this size/type of hotel. Room was fine and beds were comfortable. We would recommend it for a visit in Nantes where there is plenty to see.

Missing items during breakfast. Coffee may be better. The hotel may explore a different type of coffee machines/a different brand.

A bit chaotic, due to number of guests. The staff were overwhelmed, but they were kind, pleasant and happy to help.

worth the money

Superb location,clean toilet available in lobby, luggage top tier storage serivce. Although living next to lift entrance, the doubke door design inside the room blocked noise effectively.

strong scent of deteergent in the toilet, turns out it is the hand sanitizer. Also no dry wet separation for the shower.

Very pleasant stay in perfect location

One night stay before travelling to the coast. We were very happy with the hotel so also booked it for our return. Perfect central location inside the clean air zone - check this out if visiting with your own car (we had hire car from the airport). Getting through the barrier into town centre was a bit of a faff, but hotel has underground parking and everything is within walking distance.

Great base to see Nantes, comfortable place to come back to each evening.

Location excellent, right in the centre of everything, very close to central tram/bus stops. The breakfast buffet was great, crepe station, plenty of hot food, pastries etc. The staff were very helpful, friendly, approachable.

The service was excellent. Killon(?), the young fella whk checked us in at reception was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us really good advice with a smile on his face. It made the holiday really great. Breakfast was excellent with good variety a day decent quality of produce. Fabulous central location.

The room was a bit tired, but for eas we needed it was great.

It was a bitter sweet city break overall

Comfortable mattress; hotel is located at the heart of the city. It was quiet overall (room and location).

Receptionist - I went for an early check in before my last night and I was told I didn’t pay my stay, although upon my arrival I have introduced my card into the machine and inserted PIN. Eventually, it wasn’t about the fact that I didn’t pay, it was about internal procedures: first, upon arrival, the card goes through a pre-authorisation step and at check out that is cancelled and bank transfer to hotel will follow through; I’d recommend some trainings for receptions, it will save customers from heart attack. Toilet - hasn’t been cleaned for long time. It looked cleaner when I left the hotel, due to the flushes during my stay. Also, the smell in the toilet was terrible and lady disposable bags completely missing. Dirt spots all over on the rug, especially in the room hallway, but also outside the room, in the main hallway. Dirt spots on the ceiling and bathroom door. Painting is cracked on the toilet door, doesn’t look good at all, it feels like nobody looked after that entire room in a long period. No option to use a simple sheet to cover during the night. The only option is the big duvet and AC - but maybe there are people who don’t want to use AC, unless it’s terribly hot, which wasn’t the case. No way to see in the room what are breakfast hours. I asked reception, but would have helped if something was available in the room. I haven’t open TV, in case it was there. No way to know if products in the fridge were offered by the hotel for free, or needed a charge. I’ve used one bottle of water, I’m waiting to see if there’s a fee charged - since receptionist told me my card number will remain in the system for a month, they can do what they want. I’m ok to pay for it, would have been nice to know in advance. Not clear if the slippers in the room could have been taken home after being used - other hotels are inviting customers to do so, because otherwise will be thrown away. Left them there. Didn’t feel safe on the streets around hotel, especially when it’s dark.

Even though it was cheap it didn’t seem value for money

The hotel was well located. The beds were comfortable

The room was too small for a wheelchair user ( I had specified an accessible room ) There was inadequate shelf space , no drawers, inadequate cupboard space. No bathroom shelving or space for toiletries. There were steps to exit the garage . All in all only a hotel for a quick overnight stay

Really lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Loctaion was bit odd for taxis as its pedestrianized street but otherwise highly recommend.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The Reception staff were friendly, very helpful and gave us some great tips about where to go and what to do. The room was very comfortable, and it was nice to have some complimentary drinks in the fridge as there are no shops nearby to buy snacks / drinks. Great location, everything less than a few minutes walk away, and the tram network right across the road.

Breakfast was quite chaotic, with quite a few items of food and drink running out and slow to be replaced (sausage, scrambled eggs, almond milk, coffee machine...). Also, there are very few alternative choices for those who can not consume dairy products, and so we did not have breakfast there on the 2nd and 3rd mornings.

Pleasant with limitations

Room looked attractive, open & airy. All contact with staff was good.

Room seemed to have been designed by someone who never spent more than one night in a hotel. Very little storage and surface space, door opening against mirror, unused space in bathroom. Quite a lot of outside noise.

An excellent stay

The property was very clean and the beds were really comfortable . We were on the fifth floor which we were pleased about as it might have been noisier lower down . Location was excellent at this hotel as it was easy to walk to places we wanted to visit . We didn’t use public transport but it’s very close ( and free on weekends ) The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice along with local items . The staff were very pleasant on reception . We will stay here again if we go back to Nantes .

Impossible to drive to .

Never even found the hotel. The street restrictions made it impossible to access. Only received instructions on how to enter after I had already left to go elsewhere. They charged me for the night anyway.

Comfortable and clean

Location was central and easy to walk from to any locations. Breakfast was great with a varied selection of both hot and cold food. There was on going manitenance in corridor areas, this was well signed if a little smelly of the paint but bearable.

Nice hotel, my expirerende could have been better

Overall a nice hotel, with friendly staff. Room request was perfectly planned.

It was very warm in the room, and the management refused to activate the airconditioning, so only warm ‘air’. I was forced to sleep with the balcony door open, however the centre of Nantes is very noisy during the nights … so the sleep was far from good.

Excellent stay at a wonderful hotel

Wonderful stay at the hotel, staff were really nice, we traveled with an infant and there was no issues with being provided with a cot.
