Very disappointing, will never return

Good, secure parking. Charged at 16€ per night. Hotel is in very central position. Easy to find. Hotel was nice and quiet.

The room was very basic. No tea and coffee provided, or bottled water. Only one towel per person. No tissues or small toiletries provided, just hand and body wash fixed to the wall. Very expensive price/quality

The stay was what we needed for our visit.

The location not far from the train station was key. The neighborhood itself was fine, although few shops or restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to various areas of the city.

Disappointed with the practice of requesting full payment before informing us of a major deficiency

Fairly good location despite the roadworks outside; friendly and helpful food service in the evening

On check in we were informed that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning with the local temperature more than 35 C. This important information was only divulged AFTER we had been asked to pay up front in full for the 3-day stay so we had no choice about finding another option. A fan was provided as an alternative.

Nice but you get what you pay for.

The location was excellent. Very central and closer to everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The staff were really lovely and very helpful. Rooms are dated.

The first room we were given smelt unclean in the bathroom. The staff were really lovely and moved us to another room, which unfortunately didn’t have a balcony. The air con was turned off for the whole hotel which we weren’t aware of and we found the room to be very stuffy and hot and complained after the first night and were provided a fan for the second night. As lovely as the team is I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The location was great, just opposite the beautiful château, the check in person was friendly. Room was fine and the bed was comfortable and decent power from the shower. The breakfast was great, plenty to choose from.

Room was a little tired, but clean and bed was comfy. Was basic for the cost. Breakfast was good though and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

The shower was great and the room basic but comfortable.

The receptionist had dirty hair and a very dirty t-shirt. Our bathroom smelled like pee and we had to move to another room. The first floor balconies haven't been cleaned in many years.

We booked twin beds and prepaid the room rate first but when we arrived, the staff told us the rooms were full and provided only one bed. It's an unhappy feeling!
