Tiny but neat rooms, tiny but perfectly formed bathroom. Helpful staff. Dining room staff particularly helpful and kind with my need for gluten free food. Some staff spoke English. Pleasant lobby and sting room area.
Location is not ideal for general tourists. Quite isolated. No restaurants nearby except MacDonalds next door. Far from railway and bus station. Sports fans would find it convenient to the arena. Housekeeping staff had no idea how to deal with bedding and I had to re-make my bed and refit the doona and cover.

Location was excellent,
30 degrees and no air conditioning, the staff gave me a fan but it only circulated the hot air
