Everyrhing. Amazing location 1 min from train station and 1 min from the Chateau. Fab room. With great views and extremely spacious. Staff were excelkent. Super helpful and friendly. Couldnt have been nicer.. rooms had all the appliances and very relaxing.

Location - we stayed at the hotel for Hellfest. The location was ideal as it is close to the train station. Facilities - room was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Privacy screen - the screens to separate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment was good. It felt like a separate room for sleeping.

Lights - some of the lights in the room didn't work and there was too many light switches. It was hard to figure out what did what. Clean - the shower felt like it needed a good scrub on the grout and silicone. It looks really dirty and was off putting. Shower - the shower door didn't close properly unless you slammed it, and even then it still leaked and the floor was wet. Toilet room - it was annoying that the toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom. It meant I'd have to walk through most of the apartment to wash my hands. It would have been handy to have a small sink if the room with the toilet. Cutlery- clearly the cutlery is not checked between guests as our room had no forks. Fridge - the handle on the cupboard door for the fridge was rubbish, it was a small straight knon which was hard to grab and open the door due to the weight. It would have been better it if was a long handle.

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, safe luggage storage, coffee and tea making facilities at reception.

The toilet in the room smelled like urinals. It was separate to the sink and bath/shower though which although impractical, worked for the purpose of avoiding the unpleasant smell. The breakfast was the most basic of all the hotels we've been to in the region (5 different ones in a week) so far and the most expensive. The sofa bed was stained and there was no mattress protector nor topper to go on it, just a sheet.
