Nice Stay and convenient

Superb location, close to everywhere. The facilities and the rest are above average too. Spacious room which is a plus.

Sound proof was not ideal. Parking entrance is tricky but no harm.

Good location and spacy rooms. Dishwasher in the kitchen. Gym and Great Sauna.

A bit cold room with no extra heating possibility in late November. This is a bit strange for travelers from the Northern countries. We are used to stay warm inside in wintertime, too. Luckily there is a Gym and an excellent Finnish sauna where You can warm up Yourself.

It is convenient and comfortable. It is helpful to have a kitchenette in order to self cater.

Would have appreciated a daily clean of the room (not the kitchenette). The room was quite small - suitable for a single person but a bit cramped for two.

Apartment hotel near castle and station

Large room with separate bathroom and small kitchen area. Secure parking in the basement. Located between main train station and Nantes castle (500m to each). Free coffee and hot drinks in reception

Aside from castle and station, the area is quite limited for things to do.

Overall a great stay

Great location and close to everything, loads of bars and shops to the side of the entrance to the castle. Train station across the road, bus station the same to the airport. The elephant is 4 tram stops away Supermarket 2 stop away There was a fair which was great The castle is a good time killed if you do the extra bits Trampoline park 15 minutes away You get free access to hot drinks all day and night

A lot of homeless people around, there is a sex shop next door to the hotel, not a great look for an 8 year old who spotted the word, ‘sex toys’ on the first day. You have to pay 17 euros for breakfast and 17 euros to park your car a day which is quite expensive.

Spacious Aparthotel room in convenient location

Likes- 10 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk from airport bus stop. Short walk to town centre. Staff let us check in one hour early. Room very spacious. Well equipped kitchenette. Suggest buy fresh food from Talensac market and cook instead of eating out. Toilet and bathroom (tub and shower cubicle) are separate, which is convenient for us as a group of 3. Beds very comfortable. Other facilities- coffee maker, iron. Dislikes- airplane noise (eliminated by keeping windows closed), water from shower drained slowly.

Location was central.

The room was a little tired in places inc fittings. We had a family studio room, which was a double and a sofa bed with a trundle bed underneath. I picked this property as it stated single beds and although the sofa bed was single bed size, the description was misleading. The hotel said I should have checked their own website? Breakfast was expensive at €16 each, we didn’t bother. Parking also expensive at €22, it was convenient to do this but difficult to find with all the roadworks/building work by the hotel.

Great location, amazing staff!

Would really recommend this property for anyone visiting Nantes. It is located right beside the castle, walking distance from everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and the apartment had everything you would need to enjoy a self catering visit to France.

Great place to stay, close to everything.

Clean, organised hotel in the city center. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel. Very close to the train/bus station and atractions. Tram line very close too.

Pleasant

Very central location and good for exploring the centre of Nantes on foot; cosy beds, nice bathrooms.

Parking quite expensive (additional 20 Euro) and difficult; (need to go to reception to get a code to lower a bollard and narrow driving). Service at reception rather slow.

Great location as we needed to get a train to Paris, the room had everything you need but was let down by the service of

pretty much everything………

The air conditioning was not working when we checked in. The room was uncomfortable when we checked in. I went downstairs to tell staff. A man on duty said he would come up. 2 hours later I went back down and again he indicated he would come up and possibly reassign another room……never happened. It was hot in Nantes and we had an uncomfortable time in the room. Everything else was fine.

Great place to stay, will definitely use again!

Excellent location, tram stop opposite for visiting the Machines d’ ilsle.Good size room and everything you need for light catering. Secure parking a real bonus and worth the additional cost for peace of mind. Staff very helpful.

When approaching by car, you can see the hotel but not how to get to it. Suggest you park in the Chateau public car park (about 60p for 20mins) and then just cross the road to the hotel where they will explain how to get to the underground parking and give you the relevant codes.

Good

The location is nice, the bed is comfortable, was okay for one night stay.

The breakfast was really poor, like really - and I'm very tolerant. There were eggs which one has to boil themselves, ham and butter and that's all from non-sweet stuff. Like no fried eggs, sausages, or veggies. The room is clean but not "shiny", with stains on the walls and a weird scent, like if it was smoking before, but no clear smell of smoke. When we came - we didn't know how to park and hadn't found it in the instructions, so we parked on the parking outside and apparently were not supposed to do so as we were told we might not be able to leave it. But it worked in the end. Probably wouldn't come again and would try to find a better place for this or a big higher price even, if it's worth it.

Great value for money hotel, nothing fancy but it has all the essentials. The location is perfect to walk around the beautiful city center and go to the train station.

The room was not cleaned at anytime during our 3 days stay. The furniture is not always in a great state.
