Location, personnel

There was no wall or door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, but just a curtain. Considering that the toilet is barely 2 meters far from the bed, and that the bathroom has no window or fan system, it has been pretty an awkward and embarrassing experience that we hope never repeat again. Besides this, there is no soundproofing, we could hear all types of noises from the other rooms, including people snoring at night.

Cosy night overseeing the chateau.

I randomly chose this hôtel as I needed to be close to the station. This hotel is lovely, my room was cosy and I felt at home. It was a delight as I was feeling very tired after a lot of traveling. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. This hotel is much better than a standardised chain hotel. I slept very well, the bed was good. As a bonus you ll have a view on the chateau. It is a very convenient hotel for tourists as well.

Everything was good. The only thing I would not have liked if I had had a big suitcase is the tiny staircase, this hotel doesn't have lifts. But this is unimportant for me. I prefer hotels with personality.

Great location, a stone's throw from the city centre (room with castle view) | excellent wifi | extremely nice and helpful manager

The big parking in front of the hotel is very convenient (we could spot our car from the room window) and yet is pretty expensive during the day (2 euros for the whole night, up to 27/27 for the whole day).

A simple Hotel very nicely decorated. Our room looked out over the castle of the dukes of Brittany. Right in the centre of the old town of Nantes. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Séjour impeccable et un dodo réparateur

La chambre était impeccable, le lit confortable. Le Gérant est vraiment très gentil, a l'écoute et met tout en œuvre pour que nous soyons au mieux pendant le séjour. Etant sur une arrivée décalée par rapport aux horaires d'accueil, il a su m'indiquer la procédure à suivre afin que je puisse accéder à ma chambre. La chambre est calme.

Excellent séjour, conforme à l'ensemble de mes attentes.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire. L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité de la gare par laquelle je suis arrivé à Nantes, et à distance à pied du centre ville et de mes lieux de rendez-vous. La chambre était parfaitement isolée de l'extérieur, enfin, le prix était très raisonnable.

Je n'ai aucun désagrément à signaler : tout s'est très bien passé.

La ubicación

La escalera es de caracol. Me caí y me lastimé la rodilla el último día. Me reclaman un importe por unas llaves de la habitación que nos robaron, junto a toda la documentación y algunos teléfonos antes de hacer el checkout. Presentamos la denuncia y nos siguen reclamando. Nos pusimos en contacto con su aseguradora (maaf.fr) y no contestan. También me puse en contacto con la aseguradora para remitirles el parte de urgencias y no hay manera de dar con ellos.
