Location, location, location (bus/tram, train and airport). A Comfortable bed, great bath products, a window on the canal, and AC (during a heatwave). The front desk arranged for a charcuterie board (room service) after conflicting information regarding restaurant service (during World Cup).
The night staff in the restaurant were Not Interested in accommodating what the Front Desk had conveyed to me was available. I did secure a bottle of water from one charming staff member (after he told me to "chill out" regarding my confusion that orders could only be made from the room). The Front Desk did secure Room Service which took over an hour to arrive. I must admit, I was slightly hesitant to eat it. Thankfully it had been comped.
(The breakfast staff were also overwhelmed trying to keep the buffet stocked but they remained very attentive).

Breakfast was good.
Location poor next to main railway station. Shower was blocked and kept overflowing . This was reported on 2 occasions and still nothing was done. Ran out of toilet paper as only 1 bit available. No privacy curtains so when the black out curtains were opened anyone could see in from the upper cafe in the Railway Station. Food appeared expensive in the restaurant with very little choice so ate out both nights.
