What a nightmare

Such such a bad experience with the night staff - I arrived late after a long day travelling just to be told that they could not find my booking even tough I had a reservation number sent by the hotel itself. His 1st reaction was to tell me to find another hotel....it was past midnight!!! After 15min of negotiation, he gave me a basic room but making me feel like a liar!!! BUT the best of the story was after when he came to my room at 6.30am!!! just to tell me that he kept looking and could not find my booking.....why do you wake someone up just to tell him that!!! Went to the reception at 7.30am tired and upset, and with the day staff in place, they told me that everything was fine and they had my reservation. I thought Accor would understand what the word "customer" is

The waiter was so lovely and he was the friendly face we needed after being disappointed with the room and also a debacle over parking our car. We had a roof box and although our car was under 2 m we really struggled to find secure parking. Ultimately we parked right outside hotel for which we were grateful but would not stay here again nor would recommend it. Basic.

Comfortible at Loira

The personell is a treasure of this hotel. Everything was ok, may be in a futre little refresh of rooms will be needed. In amy case I would recommend you this hotel. Great view on Loira and delicious breakfast.

Good location. Staff were nice.

The hotel is rather dated. the rooms are tired and stuffy. The air conditioning didn't work. The conference room was quite claustrophobic and didn't have any air conditioning nor could you open a window.

Very well located next to the Nantes Station and the Palais de Congres. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Well connected to public transport and near the city center.

not safe. dirty. not enough water for 3 people. not enough toilet paper cant order food unless certain times so rubbish room service annnd they charge 4€ for per person
