An excellent stay would book again

The Hotel is well located across the road from the main train station and adjacent to the main tram line which is the best way for getting around the city, there are plenty of eating options within walking distance or a short tram ride. The Hotel has a funky theme to it and the staff were most helpful.

A nice small hotel that's quiet

This hotel was clean and comfortable and right near the train station. It was quiet too, and the area felt safe. A pretty park is right nearby. The staff were polite and professional.

The glass panels around the shower do not enclose the shower space completely, so you must be conscious of not splashing around too much in order to avoid getting the floor overly wet.

Great location and value for money, lovely staff but needs upgrading

Great location, we stayed one night as we were getting a train and it’s across the road from the station. The park 100m was so beautiful and we had our breakfast at the cafe there..

They were renovating so hopefully it will include new room carpets! The bed and bathroom were good and clean but the carpets were very grotty!

Okay in the circumstances and at least I found somewhere near to eat

Modern, clean and functional

Not where I wanted to be - getting a tram back to the station at 7.00 in the morning was as stressful as I had thought it would be - couldn’t get a ticket ( my own incompetence and panic) so got on without paying.

Clean and comfy

I loved the decor, friendly staff and clean room. I especially liked that it’s just across the street from the train station and is within walking distance to major sites.

There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom sink.

Great accomodation in Nantes

The hotel is situated just in front of the railway station and 10 minutes walk from the historical center. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The room is not small and I had nice terrace on the &st floor. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spatious and well organized.

Excellent location, very convenient for the train and an easy stroll to town. The garden right beside the hotel is lovely. Staff were lovely too! Room was clean and had everything - water pressure in the shower was good too.

Much nicer than first impressions

Great location near station, château, Jardin des Plantes and Art Gallery. Pedestrianised street, beside tramway. Room was small, but modern and well-designed. Bathroom and shower very good. Temporary record store in part of the lobby was cool. Good breakfast, kept topped up until late. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hard to spot hotel from the station. Very narrow frontage. But fine once you enter. Bigger entrance at the back. Room was small. WiFi was good, but didn't work in the lobby area.

The room is clean and comfortable. The place is calm although it is closed to the train station. Breakfast is good.

The elevator is not evident to find. The room is not air-conditioned so it was a little bit hot when I slept.

We were located on the terrace which sounded glamorous but in fact was a bit scruffy and no view. and the room was really small and dark. We only got one towel between us and considering we paid 117 euro for one night it was a bit disappointing

Good location, comfortable beds, clean, rooms look nice, kettle in the room, terrace access, attentive and kind staff. Good for price.

Door didn’t lock with card so I was given key, lights didn’t work in the room, shower flooded because there was no door, cappuccino at breakfast tasted strangely like hot chocolate.

lovely little hotel in great location very comfortable beds

mostly very good apart from one young lady on reception. We all have never met anyone so rude as this receptionist, an absolute disgrace to an otherwise great stay. We must state all the other staff we a credit to the hotel

A good place to stay.

The Hotel is very conveniently located near Gare SNCF. The staff were helpful, one in particular. The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower was good, as was the breakfast.
