Lovely, new and modern hotel. Good vibe and very clean. Rooms are lovely with air con - much appreciated in the current heatwave. Breakfast was very good. Underground parking available (limited spaces but we reserved a day before and still managed to get a spot). Just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Excellent value for money. There was also a music quiz in the bar on the evening we arrived, which was great fun.
The mattress was a bit soft, but that’s a personal preference, and the twin beds were on the narrow side. We had the cheapest room so maybe that was why.

la situation géographique , à coté de la cité des congrés, proche du centre ville, accueil très agréable, établissement propre et très bien agencé. je recommande fortement
