Perfect luxury stay ✨

Pure luxury, from the second you are greeted at the front desk by the lovely staff, the room was perfect with a great view of the town! We enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool downstairs aswell as the FULL breakfast selection in the morning with many options for all 🥂 only a 10 min walk to the main thermal spas and restaurants and many outdoor walks! PERFECT STAY & LOCATION ✨💖

Wonderful hotel to discover the beautiful town of Baden-Baden.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was very spacious with very comfortable beds. Also loved the interiors, especially the beautiful carpets in the hallways and the wallpaper. The spa area was also beautifully done. Great hotel!!

Location was great.

Bfast was included with our stay but I wasnt told by staff. Upon checkout, I had a 50 euro charge for a bfast we didn't have. They told us they couldn't refund since I didn't book directly with the hotel, but through Booking.com. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Superb Location, very friendly staff, Great rooms and all very clean

At Arrival shower was Luke warm at best. Pool was rather cool and sanitary installations in our Part of the Building (room 360) were rather noisy. It seemed that the room above us Took a shower or Bath at 11 pm and 5 am!! No sympathy when I mentioned these issues at Check out. And no Management Presence either. Very unfortunate, as everything Else was superb.

problems with parking. we dealt with it several times at midnight with the reception(cashier machine repaired with scotch tape had magnetic problems and did not recognise the ticket). but parking for the hotel should be managed by the hotel itself. missed bidet in bathroom, and small towels for bidet use. hate liquid soap which is non-hygienic- everybody use it and it cannot be sterilised. small individual soaps are much better. had to buy soap.

The staff are courteous, helpful and engaging. The pool, steam room, saunas and relaxation room are excellent. The hotel is located in a convenient location so you can walk to restaurants and shops. This is a wonderful hotel.

Stay was made very pleasant due to assistance from staff in every aspect.

Exceptional assistance at check in. Location was very difficult to find due to village streets being closed. Room was very comfortable however hotel layout made it complicated to get to. Breakfast was all that could be expected.

Sadly Very disappointing .

The location is excellent

They failed to provide the room we had booked months in advance and it took an hour and two managers to sort it out. They were full and had not allocated our room. A warning for anyone using booking.com as they bump you down the priority and look after direct booking guests first. Wasted valuable time and spent an hour dragging luggage around . Martin the manager was excellent but we should not have had to experience so much stress and confrontation in front of guests and made to wait so long to resolve their error. Despite Martin doing his very best unfortunately the experience was soured. Breakfast was poor as the order never arrived and despite asking for an iron twice this never arrived either. Would not stay here again .

Great breakfast with friendly and attentive stuffs. The Porter and front desk was extremely helpful. We will certainly recommend it for people visiting the area. Location of hotel is right next to the old town which was very convenient.

Parking was right at the hotel but was charged separately at 30 per day. It would have been ideal if hotel guests park for free or at a discounted fee.

Clean, good location and nice Spa

Very nice, spacious and clean room. Awesome location. Parking garage direclty under the hotel. Good wellness/Spa options. Big breakfast with lots of fresh amd healthy options.

Parking is very expensive. 30€ per day. The hotel bar is very sub-standard for a 5 Star hotel. Bed was way to soft for my liking. Breakfast gets very busy and loud ant peak times. Would have hoped for ab bit more vegan options at breakfast - like vegan yoghurt. Allergens were not listet at breakfast.

The room was pretty comfortable with a good size bathtub. The location of the property in proximity to restaurants was great. Breakfast was really great.

Location was a little bit out of the way. Also we had an incident were an insect bit my wife and the hotel was unwilling to pay for a doctor's visit considering it was in their hotel.

If you don't arrive in a Ferrari, or equivalent don't be expecting to be treated as if you belong. Staff seems to over cater to who they believe are wealthy while treating regular guests as less than. Would not recommend to booking.com customers

Relaxing weekend at the Maison Messmer

Great location, comfortable and quiet room, tasty breakfast and very friendly staff. Lovely shower gel and body lotion!

Unfortunately no yoga classes were offered during our stay. Not quite 5 star re room service small details ex preparing beds at night, complimentary snack and water every day.

The location of the property is fabulous as its very close the the main city center. The property was really nice and comfortable and they had some good amenities. The staff was really helpful in all ways and very polite. At first when our room AC was not cooling they changed our room without any fuss and gave us the same room just on a few floor lower but it was ok as long as the AC was working
