Comfortable hotel in the heart of the town. Highly recommended.

Hotel was as advised. Really nice traditional German Hotel room. Location is great for access to town. Public carpark just over the road for parking was reasonable at 25eu per 24 hrs. Breakfast in the morning was very good and Fresh. Great little place to stop. Beds very comfy also.

Great location and lovely staff.

The staff were exceptional; very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the area. It is in a great location; just a short walk to a lovely nearby park and into the centre. The room was lovely. The best bit was the breakfast! It was delicious and staff came and asked how we wanted it cooking. Also had parking for motorbikes; we asked prior to arriving to reserve a spot and staff took us around to its safe parking area.

Pleasant and well-located

The hotel is very well-located, and the staff were very pleasant. The room was nice--appreciated the fan. The breakfast was really excellent--the scrambled eggs with ham was the bomb!

The wifi was a bit fiddly--it would go in and out a decent amount. I've experienced worse at other hotels, though.

Everything about the hotel! The hotel itself, friendly staff including those who are and are not part of the owner's family! Very Good breakfast! Clean rooms and beddings! The reception lady was super friendly and knowledgeable about the city and places to visit!

Lovely staff great location and secure parking

Great location and excellent breakfast

Our comfort double room was just large enough but the bathroom was too small. It was just not easy to open the shower doors, and then you were up against the toilet and handbasin. We did get used to it but it was a great pity .

My favourite hotel experience! My room was beautiful and huge, the hosts were so kind and professional, and you step out the front door basically right into town centre and across the road from a garden. Breakfast was also especially amazing.

The hotel’s location is in the old part of the town, so a short walk to the restaurants etc. We pre booked a on site car parking space at the hotel, which was ideal for us. The room was a good size and the breakfast comprehensive. The staff were extremely helpful, which we appreciated.

Excellent place to base and explore Baden Baden Definitely recommend,

Secure bookable parking for the bikes, really helpful staff, they had got our booking wrong (double room instead of twin) but sorted it out quickly, at no extra cost to us and with no hesitation. Excellent customer service. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and made to order (omlettes etc) and was the best on our tour. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bar was closed the day we were there but they still managed to sort us a couple of beers (having ridden a couple of hundred miles in 30 deg + heat we must have looked a bit bedraggled :) )

Great base in baden baden

Fantastic location, great breakfast, very cute facilities and dining space with attached bar area. Staff were very attentive and assisted with tourist tips.

The room itself is basic and needs a bit of updating but everything was clean and comfortable.
