We really loved our stay there, the room was lovely, staff were friendly, kind and helpful.

We loved the location of our room, which was situated on the main route in barden. The location was lovely. Easily accessable and had great shops, walks and cafes around.

There isnt a mass i can complain about. The access to the hotel room via the back stairs to a resturant wasnt amazing but it wasnt end of the world. Main issue we found was the beds being pushed together to make one super king bed but would slide everytime you go near the middle and you would end up on the floor in the middle of the beds

Good spot to stay near the spas

Huge bathroom, comfortable room, very clean. They accommodated my early checkout time.

Had to use a physical key rather than a card or code, but it wasn’t too bad.

Apart from above it was excellent value and I would recommend the hotel strongly.

Excellently located to shops and activities. Comprehensive German breakfast. Clean and quiet room.

Provisions in room were sparse. Only black or fruit tea sachets, no coffee, no milk. There’s no lift and as an elderly couple we struggled to get bags into an adjacent building and upstairs. No assistance was available.

Breakfast was great, but for Advent weekends the room was really full and you need to wait for a table. Location is perfect.

Some maintenance was required with the broken flickering lights in the breakfast room. It was quite unsettling after waking up. Some more plant based food options (like margarine instead of butter) would have been a plus. But these are just some small things. The place is great

Value for monay

Room was sweet nice and clean. The staff was nice and polite and helped us with our questions. The hotel is literally in the city center and 5 minutes on walk from everything. The breakfast was delicious and huge. Totally value for money if any compares to other prices in city.

Room was a bit small but that was not that problem for us cause we needed the room for a night. The problem was that there was no heat at night that we got back to sleep. It wasn't so cold but still thats a bit problem that we werent informed about.

Great trip to Baden Baden. We would stay here again for sure.

As we arrived early, the hotel was accomodating for leaving our luggage until the room were open. The location was great. Paid parking was closeby and was easy to navigate. The staff was able to help us with providing directions. They were very clear on how to enter the hotel with reception was closed which helped us greatly. While we were on separate floors, this was not a problem at all. There was a great Tapas restaurant across the street. The spas were reasonably close for walking.

There was nothing we did not like.

Nice budget hotel set in central Baden Baden, very short walk to all restaurants etc. Secure underground parking less than 2 minute walk away. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean, very well maintained, seemed to brand new or very recently remodeled.
