There is a huge potential, lack of attention to details

They were not ready to host fully booked hotel at breakfast Me and my wife and 2 years old did not find a table to sit at breakfast We were standing very awkwardly in the room non of the staff offered help Then when we asked for help they offered that we can do the breakfast in the lounge which is a floor above breakfast room, which was unfortunate because anything we needed we had to go a floor below

Beautiful themed hotel with amazing restaurant
This hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful theme! The lounge area with seating and a pool table is very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was fabulous, as well as a nice breakfast. It was fairly empty on a Monday/Tuesday in October, which we thought was strange. Still, that meant a quiet night for us! They do have a very small lift if you have large bags or issues with stairs, which is good because there are a lot of stairs, but the lift starts at the 1st (2nd if you're American) floor, so there's still a small flight that you have to do on your own.
