I recommend a stay at this hotel!

Room size is excellent. Couches are very nice. Bathroom is amazing. automatic blinds are cool. Room also has a separate walk in closet which can be also to keep the room very tidy as it closes off completely with sliding doors.

Had an issue with one bed where matress was sagged a little. Didnt take it up with hotel staff, maybe i should have.

Excellent location with easy access to spas and Center of town with many restaurant and shopping choices nearby. The breakfast was outstanding!

Lovely hotel worth a perfect location

Nice large rooms with elegant decor touches. If you are going to the therme, you can't beat the super close location. You can even buy entrance at the hotel front desk.

There needs to be more bed options. They were very accommodating in separating the twins by the couple feet available, howevwr.

Nice stylish hotel in the middle of Baden Baden.

The Hotel is stylish. The rooms are modern but comfortable and surprisingly big. Everything was clean and was well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. We liked the atmosphere. Our dog was welcome too. They have a big parking garage which was clean and safe.

Lovely hotel in a pretty town.

What a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and comfortable, with very fancy furniture and a comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The location is great, right next to the spas and a short walk from town, through pretty streets.

A great location, clean and comfortable.

Great location, lots of shops, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance but still lovely and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. The welcome drink voucher is a nice touch. Safe underground parking available but at extra cost.

The wonderful spa is accessed via the underground carport. We were told we could change into the robes before going over but it’s quite a distance through a public car park. I’d recommend changing in the spa! Facilities are spotlessly clean and the pools pure relaxation. It’s worth noting the spa is not included in the price and the saunas require nudity!

Exceptional room

We got upgraded at check in. We had a very spacious clean room. The bath was nothing i have ever seen before! It was like going to thermal baths! Huge and comfortable. The hotel is at the perfect location to go at the city centre and right next to Thermal Baths. Great view of the mountain and the Thermal Baths The staff was really accommodating and friendly!

Very comfortable and spacious room, excellent location, good breakfast, helpful staff, we really had a good time in Aqua Aurelia. And in Baden-Baden itself, so green and beautiful.

A more diversified menu for dinner would be nice.

The sleeping room is too small; there was no airconditioning blower in the sleeping room; the extra bed provided at an exorbitant cost of euro 55 p.d. Was very small and inconvenient; the breakfast rate was very steep at euro 25 pp pd with limited options; the hotel had no gym or swimming pool. There are no luxuries in the hotel and the look and feel of the hotel is very apartment like

Wonderful hotel

Huge suit like room. Comfy bed. Big toilet and nice shower even though a bit small. Coffee making machine in room. Wonder staff, excellent breakfast with wonderful varieties and choices. The Superb Carcalla thermal spa is literally linked to the hotel. 2 minutes walking to the beautiful city center of Baden-Baden.

The air conditioning and the safe deposit box were not working throught our stay and they were not able to fix them.

Perfect, you won’t be disappointed. Excellent value for money!

We love this hotel. We come to Baden-Baden 3-4 times a year and we either stay here or at another nearby hotel depending on the availability, but we love Aqua Aurelia. The staff is always so professional yet welcoming, and it has been that way for years, and we really appreciate it. The hotel is also extremely comfortable and clean, the housekeeping team does a great job. The breakfast buffet runs until late (11:30 at least during the weekend) and it’s great, with lots of yummy yet healthy choices. We also believe that the value for money is very good; you get to stay in an awesome location (perfect if you want to visit Caracalla but for visiting everything else is also top notch) in a very nice hotel, with a perfect staff to help you and with lots of nice extra touches (mini bar included, toiletries from Rituals, window blinds that actually leave your room dark and nice to sleep in, a great parking lot in front of the hotel in case the hotel’s one is full, etc). Perfect!

The location, easy access and when we where late the tried to contact us and they provide the keys and instructions by mail since the reception closes early. They also helped us with big parking since our car was big and their parking was small.

Loved it! Great location and access to the Spa!

Loved the first offering in the mini bar was free and included with the room. Loved the ease of getting to the Caracalla Spa and that the hotel provided robes, towels, slippers and a carrying bag. Breakfast was nice and had a variety to choose from. Love the cooked to order eggs and pancakes and that they offered Prosecco! The servers were extremely nice and very accommodating especially the young man, but we did not get his name.

Everything was fine. But could have had a heater in the bathroom.

Best hotel in Baden-Baden

The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.

The restaurant staff were amazing, super hard working waiter who does everything, cooks, cleans, waits tables. The food quality could be better, especially such a classy hotel. There so many great restaurants walking distance that this isn’t such an issue.

Location, exceptional breakfast, comfort at the rooms, easy underground access to the thermal.

The hotel location is a bit away from the alley, so if you need an easy access to it please take it into account. The room was pretty warm (and the air conditioning was not able to deal with it).

everything was wonderful from check in to check out! we loved that we could walk under the hotel to the spa’s. comfortable bed, beautiful room, and very attentive and friendly staff!
