Average stay in a central location.

Central location.

Room was too small. Basic amenities like dental kit/room slippers weren't available even after repeated requests.

Property excellent location , bus stop close by . Unassuming front , 24 hour manned lobby and reception and bar Standard rooms , clean . Easy access to city , friendly staff

With a better staff attitude it could be good

The breakfast was very good — fresh, well presented, and with a nice variety. The staff managing the breakfast area were attentive and kept everything well stocked, which made for a pleasant start to the day.

The room temperature couldn’t be cooled down, so I had to sleep with the window open and ended up hearing noise from other guests until around 3:00 am every night!. The staff experience was very inconsistent — either excellent or a complete miss. The Afghan receptionist who welcomed me on arrival was outstanding: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, he wasn’t on duty during the rest of my stay. The two other receptionists — a young local lady and a short gentleman — were, on the other hand, disappointing, borderline impolite, and condescending in their attitude (perhaps because of my French accent). Parking was also inconvenient. If you return late from work with a large car, finding a space is difficult. I was advised to use the casino parking, as the hotel couldn’t guarantee a spot. When I mentioned that I had found a nearby parkhaus, the local receptionist rudely dismissed it as “too expensive,” even after I explained that it was only €15. On departure, when my parking ticket didn’t work, the same receptionist sarcastically asked if I had “used the exit machine” — completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, a few improvements in STAFF ATTITUDE, parking arrangements, and air-conditioning would make a big difference.

Ok stay

The location of the hotel was good.

They advertised having a/c which is why I booked it because I knew it would be hot this week (like up into 29 degress celsius). When we arrived they told us the a/c wasn't working. It was extremely hot in the room (we were placed on the 2nd floor), even when cracking the windows open. Just something to keep in mind. Maybe call ahead of time to see if the a/c has been fixed. The breakfast was ok. If you are grabbing breakfast between 8-9 am expect there to be a huge rush hour of people in such a tiny little buffet area. Also to note their parking garage is quite small but we did find another near l'osteria.

Breakfast was good, secure parking for motorcycles excellent as car park gets very busy. Located away from the centre of town which is a 10 min stroll away.

A/C in room wasn't working ! (not good in 30+ degree heat..) A text warning us would have been helpful, we may have stayed elsewhere

Great hotel/facility's within a very central location.

Friendly staff member upon check in who also recommended a great location for dinner. The hotel bar was pleasant as was the patio area. We stayed whilst touring Europe on motorcycles, so the secure parking is reassuring, but at a small fee. Hotel is well located for walking into the city. i have used the hotel twice in 12 months, which is a good indicator.

Excellent and great value for money

Breakfast buffet was particularly good with excellent choice of both hot and cold food . Whilst tea and coffee was provided in the room .it was very limited and had clearly not been replenished a small thing but frustrating after a six hour drive . A very minor problem given the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

I stayed at the hotel for one night on the way from the south of France to the Czech Republic. I drove 800 km, hoping to rest. A young girl at the reception settled me in room 223. I come to the room and....surprise, this is a room for the disabled! I had to go down and ask for another room, it's good that the manager was at the reception at that time. I am sure that the kind receptionist would say that there are no available rooms. Changed to number 216. Thanks to the manager. And I wish the receptionist to work on herself and be more attentive to the client in the future. People feel a good attitude and, believe me, they feel a bad attitude too. I wish you good luck in working on yourself!
