Despite choosing the hotel for its free parking during the holiday season, we were disappointed to find only 20 spaces f

Located conveniently near the city centre, the hotel boasts spacious and clean rooms. The helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

We chose this hotel for its free parking, knowing the holiday season brings limited spaces. We were happy to pay a premium for peace of mind. However, we were shocked to discover only 20 parking spaces for over 70 rooms, all booked. We ended up paying for public parking nearby. Our room for four had only coffee and water for two, and the TV was tiny with limited channels. The bathroom had empty bottles of hand soap body wash and lotion. Overall, we felt it wasn’t good value for money.

Good overnight stay

Big comfy apartment, clean and heater did work! They were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could explore the lovely town. Hotel is only a short walk to rhe city centre.

Long corridors with so many doors can be quite awkward with luggage. My room didn't feel very private due to facing directly onto street traffic.

A comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast

Being able to park out the front of reception for €15 a day & come and go as you please. A fabulous breakfast with a big range and an automatic pancake machine. Very large room.

A little distant (900m) from the centre of town. But if like us you have a lot of luggage and a car this is a very good choice. Like every property in a 6 week stay in Europe no streaming apps and very little English TV. So if you want these take your Chromecast.

Cost effective stay.

Good location without any loud noise from the street or from the neighborhood. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Small but self-contained kitchen and tea room.

No sauna facility for hotel guests. But we could use Thermen. Charge for parking.

The hotel is close to the city center where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. There was a lot to choose from at the breakfast table and it tasted good.

A carpet in the bedroom doesn't feel so fresh nowadays and that the cleaning lady walked through the breakfast room with laundry. Could be fun to get a little more information about the history of the hotel. Obviously an old cigarette factory but is the "unrenovated" stairwell the only thing left? When you leave the elevator, you feel having done a bad choice of hotel. An information sign and photo would make the experience more pleasant.

Extra large rooms, conveniently located near the theater and pedestrian area of old Baden-Baden.

We had road noise but the large luxurious rooms made up for it.

WiFi not good at all. Reception/Breakfast area did not have WiFi at all. Cellular signal was also not good. Had to go 200m away and sit in my car to take a call!!!

I booked for a double bed but I got twin beds also I booked a grand suite and it’s entry was through an open verandah which was not comfortable during chilly nights. the kitchen had only a microwave no cooktop.

Great value for the price.

Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, good facilities including small kitchen in a room, nicely renovated old building with beautiful architecture and gardens, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was more or less standard I would say. Nice location with minimum noise and at the same time close to the center and a lot of restaurants around.

Minor defects in a bathroom requires renovation or already looks like renovated, but not very accurate. It spoils a bit a good overall impression from this nice place.

The bed was as hard as a table. I was told when leaving that I could have asked for something to make it softer. The fold-up bed was bumpy. I had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to come give me the keys when I arrived. She apologized but it did not make the crying baby waiting in the car happier. The Breakfast food was of low quality.

One night stay in Baden Baden

Very big confortable room equipped with kitchennete and fridge. Good breakfast and perfect location one minute walk from Auditorium and less than 10 minutes to the pedestrian area. Located in a very quite neighbourhood. Super friendly staff.

Just to say something, the access to rooms from the main hall is through a roofed outdoor corridor.

Big spacious rooms- it was palatial and definitely the high point. While the summer heat was unbearable, opening the windows helped. Breakfast was nothing special- we have been to many places in Asia and the spread one gets there is incomparable.

Baden-Baden break

All staff were very accomodating to our requests. Reception/kitchen staff ensured we had oat milk for our dairy intolerant toddler. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good selection of fresh fruit, pastries and bread. Room was basic, but huge, with a separate living room to the bedroom. This was great as it enabled a safe space for our toddler to play and to store all our luggage without being cramped. Location was preferable for us - a 10 min pleasant walk into the centre which meant it was peaceful and we could amble there and back post-dinner.

Staff were very helpful with our parking requests, but we hadn't realised the fees attached (our mistake).

Excellent rooms and location for the city centre

The location is very good. The room was very big and had a nice bathroom and kitchen area. We asked for a ground floor because we had lots of luggage but were told all rooms where on the first floor so they placed us by a lift which was helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the self service drinks in the Reception area for a late night beverage.

The shower head did not have a high level hanger. Parking was an additional cost although we felt very secure.
