The location is excellent; the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb.
The shower stall was quite small, and a small fan was not enough to ventilate the room on very hot days.

Welcoming staff on arrival, the place is a bit old-fashioned but really well maintained and comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good - excellent pastries for the patisserie next door. Great location as we planned to visit the spa, which was very close. In the hot weather we were grateful for the fan.
Parking is in a separate public carpark, only a short walk but we got caught up in the pedestrian zones which was abit messy.

Lovely hotel in central Baden-Baden. Clean, friendly staff excellent wi-fi, and delicious breakfast buffet. Unusual for Germany was having an iron and ironing board in my room - helpful for not having to bother staff in the evening!
Rooms can get a bit stuffy and there is no air conditioning. People tend to gather and sit at the outdoor tables belonging to the hotel's café and talk loudly late into the night, making sleep difficult even with earplugs when the windows are open. Putting away the chairs before closing would help, although I know a lot of work.
