Great for a value of money and short stays.

It was well located, a min. away from bus station which goes to Train station. Clean. Staff very friendly. They offer a Therme 1h free and after that you pay significant price.

The pillow was so high and someone had a dog next to my room (no.22). The dog started to bark at 6AM for 10 min. it was disturbing, it woke me up :( .

Really good hotel offering good value .staff were very welcoming and helpful

Secure parking for our motorcycle. We had a ground floor bedroom with a patio. Very quiet and no road noise. A small Netto a few yards away for essentials. Good value breakfast with a varied choice of options. Very clean and close to town centre .

Best breakfast ever!

Best breakfast ever! The included breakfast had everything a traveler could want for breakfast. Fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads of all sorts, coffees teas etc. Loved the location away from many tourists but easy to walk to the center. The staff was attentive kinda and excellent.

The property overall is a bit dated needing fresh paint here and there excluding the breakfast room which seems very new. The room was very nice, very clean with lovely modern bathroom.

It’s very centric and near to all my destinations

I liked the old but cosy vibes from the place. The staff were super supportive and helpful. Also my room was super clean and comfortable.

Clean, close to the city centre, friendly and helpful staff at early and late shift. Beds were really comfortable. Got an earlier check in and an upgrade.

We had two double rooms, one was fine but the other was terrible. The room smelled really bad, and the carpet was wet (probably from a roof window having been left open in rain?). Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t able or willing to compensate us in any way. Would not stay here again.

Pleasant hotel located only a short walk from the town centre.

The hotel is only a short walk from the town centre and has a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful. It was value for money for a stay in Baden Baden, which is quite expensive.

Historic building with good parking, breakfast and short walking distance to sites

Location next to parking garage and within short walking distance to pedestrian zone, park and baths was good. Breakfast was nice, breakfast staff friendly, bedding comfortable and bathroom spotless. Room change/upgrade was given due to some type of facility difficulty.

The room change required entering side entrance which wasn't always open and no key was given. The light in stairwell was out along with one small light in room, which would have been nice to use for both rooms instead of bright ceiling chandeliers (as nice as they are).

weather was exceptionally cold and I found the room on the cold side too….needed to use two quilts and a blanket, although the bathroom was lovely and warm. Also there was a kettle in the room but no teas or coffees provided despite there being sugar…..
