Misleading parking information and multiple broken facilities

Good location.

Unfortunately, this stay was a very disappointing experience. The room had several broken or missing facilities, including: • a damaged door/window • broken roller blinds • missing curtains • a malfunctioning shower • a broken shower door • a bathroom door that did not work properly In addition, the property information about parking is misleading. The listing claims that parking is available, but in reality there is no on-site parking. When we contacted the property to ask about this, we never received a reply. They suggested using a nearby parking lot, which was very expensive. The stated price was 25 per day, but I only parked overnight and still had to pay 18.5 for one night, which felt unreasonable and not transparent. Overall, due to the poor room condition and misleading parking information, I would not recommend this property.

auf keinen Fall würden wir wieder in dieses Hotel kommen

es war nicht möglich einen Zweitschlüssel für das Zimmer zu bekommen; die nicht-funktionierende Heizung wurde erst nach vehementem Protest von uns abends repariert; am nächsten Abend konnte die Heizung wegen eines defekten Thermostats nicht mehr herunter reguliert werden; gebrauchtes Geschirr auf dem Zimmer wurde erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt; am Fernseher konnte kein deutsches Programm ohne Störungen empfangen werden

Zentrale Lage zu einem guten Preis

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und hochwertig.

Als alleinreisende Frau fand ich es etwas befremdlich, dass im Hotel selbst die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist (die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt in einem anderen Hotel nur wenige Schritte entfernt, was an sich kein Problem ist), aber dennoch tagsüber die Eingangstür weit offen stand. Sie wurde offensichtlich auch nachts nicht abgeschlossen (zumindest war sie nur angelehnt, als ich um 6:30 Uhr zum ersten Mal das Haus verließ). Hier könnte man noch nachbessern, sodass wirklich nur Hotelgäste Zugang haben.

Il personale alla reception è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza si affacciava proprio di fronte le terme storiche della città. Il bagno era molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Il letto era comodissimo. La stanza era pulitissima.

L'arredamento è un po' antico, ma è comune negli alberghi in zona. Inoltre, ho trovato l'arredamento in linea con l'idea dell'hotel e con la città.

Posizione perfetta per le terme e il centro della cittadina. Struttura esterna signorile e ben tenuta. Entrambe le camere erano pulite, spaziose e silenziose. Reception in altra struttura nella stessa via, poco disturbo.

Struttura interna vecchia. In una camera il bagno con doccia era microscopico. Nell’altra camera il bagno con vasca aveva la doccia bloccata, si poteva usare solo il rubinetto basso. Comunque caro rispetto ai servizi resi.

Ich konnte das Hotel nicht anfahren. Google Maps und die Einbahnstrassen von Baden- Baden kamen nicht mit einander zurecht. Oder ich war einfach,....! Schade.

Gutes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal.

Eine gute Unterkunft, wenn man etwas sparen möchte. Die Preise sind ja in Baden-Baden nicht gerade günstig. Komfortables Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Reception-Personal. Ich hatte am Ende etwas auf dem Zimmer vergessen, und das wurde mir kostenfrei per Post nachgeschickt. Wirklich großartig. Nochmals danke dafür.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Innenstadt Baden-Baden

Kein... 1.)...Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer (wir mußten Müll in Plastiktüten sammeln) 2.)...sehr enges Bad (für Menschen ab 90 kg) zu eng 3.)..das bad hat eine Schiebetüre, die man nicht abschließen kann 4.)...keine Lüftung im Bad (im Sommer sehr warm)

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ich mag es sehr wenn Fließen und Dichtungen sauber und frei von Schmutz/Schimmel sind.

Sehr hellhöriges Haus (Aufzug ect.), Parksituation empfinde ich als nicht ausreichend beschrieben, ebenfalls die Anmeldung in einem anderen Haus wurde im vorhinein nicht erklärt (und wenn doch dann unzureichend, denn mich erreichte die Information erst bei betreten des Hotels).

Die Lage ist super, zudem war das Zimmer ruhig und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Matraze war recht durchgelegen. Die Heizung rauschte, ließ sich aber abdrehen.

L'emplacement au centre ville dans une rue très calme. Le petit déjeuner : café servi à table et bons produits, amabilité de la dame qui s'en occupe.

Pas de possibilités de stationnement à un prix raisonnable. L'hôtel est très vieillot. Les salles de bain et boiseries sont à refaire. Pas de douche mais une baignoire sans cloison adaptée pour se doucher sans éclabousser. Pas d'accueil sur place : accueil et petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel, mais proche. Trop cher pour la prestation.
