Loved it and will come again.

I could check in outside the check in period as I needed to arrive late. Very friendly staff. Very cosy and comfortable room. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Parking was a big plus for me too. Very happy.

No elevator and lots of stairs late at night with my heavy luggage. But the nice view made up for that.

A good port from where to explore Baden-Baden

The hotel is well located between the railway station and the Baden-Baden old city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the bedroom had modern furniture and a comfortable and well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was very good, served in a space that becomes a nice and welcoming restaurant in the evening. It was perfect for a nice warm meal and a glass of good wine before going to bed on a cold winter night.

The hotel was very clean, good beds & pillows, bathroom with shower, water pressure good. No airconditioning, a fan was provided. The breakfast was reasonably good. Hotel easy to find, close to bus station. Short trip by bus into Baden centre

Super clean, comfortable beds and good value for money.

Well presented rooms, very clean. Bathroom looked recently renovated. In-house restaurant was very popular, we dined there and had a nice dinner. The continental breakfast (no hot food) was also good.

No elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. If you have large suitcases this can be a bit strenuous. About a 1km walk into old town but pleasant and very walkable.

Nice breakfast, shame about the disappointing welcome.

The location was good and the room was a decent size. The breakfast was very well presented with a lovely outside dining area. The close proximity to the town centre was great, a lovely place to walk around in the evening.

We stayed during a hotel period so really missed A/C. The person who checked us in really did not make us feel welcome which was a shame as we had travelled for many hours to get there - a smile would have made all the difference.

no facilities in room to make coffee. no fridge either. it would be nice if for non-europeans they have some sort of non-digital instructions for shower taps.

Cosy hotel on lake front.

We went for the "Superior Double Room with Balcony and Lake View" and it was a great room. Good size, cosy and comes with a balcony overlooking the small harbour and lake, complete with table and 2 chairs. The bed was comfortable, the shower clean and spacious and in general everything felt clean and modern. There were electrically controlled window blinds as well as curtains. Each floor has a coffee machine and you're provided with pads to use. Parking isn't available on site but there are a few car parks very close to the hotel, with an underground car park with surveillance behind the hotel. It's cheap for 4 hours and free over night (just be careful of the surcharge for longer stays). Search for "Parking de la Possession". Great for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant wasn't open at the time but there are other restaurants nearby.

Staff were very good. They allowed us to take coffee and croissant to our room for the breakfast. Good location. Parking just on the other side of the road.

They didn't clean our room on the second day of our stay. Breakfast spread was not impressive. No hot food, not even scrambled eggs. Too many stairs to climb.
