Beautiful renovation of a historic building, combining its original character with a very elegant contemporary design. The rooms are spacious, stylish and particularly attractive. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive, and the hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Baden-Baden city centre.

The bathroom was not quite adequate for a five-star hotel, with a very small washbasin and virtually no space for toiletries. The spa felt overcrowded and rather chaotic. Cleanliness in the spa also needs more attention: by the end of the day, the white tiled floors were visibly marked and clearly in need of more frequent cleaning. It is worth adding that the management was very receptive to the feedback and confirmed is already taking steps to address some of these issues and bring the overall experience in line with the high standards the hotel aims to offer.

Das Hotel liegt in einer der besten Lagen in Baden Baden. Zu Fuss kann man gemütlich in die Stadt, das Festspielhaus und in den Kurpark. Hab selten so ein freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal gesehen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und mit viel Geschmack und Feingefühl eingerichtet worden. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Rund um wirklich eine tolle Adresse.
