The electronic door locks, lack of initial codes and instructions to make them work. Stairs to first floor were OK. If you carry luggage and get a room on the 3rd floor, start training now!

Beautiful large apartment close to Baden Baden Altstadt.

Online keyless entry to both the property and the room! Relied on good reception and took several tries each time to get into the property and our room.

The apartment is great, the location is perfect.

The check-in was a nightmare. After 7 hour drive, aiming for the apartment, only when we reached it I had to go back to the details and then understand from the very poorly delivered instructions that now I have to drive 15 minutes to a different hotel to check in, then drive the 15 minute back to that apartment. Another half an hour drive!!! In that hotel there was nowhere to park, I scripped the lower part of my car trying to go on the sidewalk to let traffic go by. All of this to get the self-entry codes for the apartment... Why couldn't I have just been givven those? Very frustrating, confusing, and something I've never seen before.
