Very pleasant experience will stay in Rachel’s appointments again!

The property was super clean and comfortable. Location of the property is the best. Close to restaurants, Casino, SPA and museums. It is right in middle of the city walking distance to all attractions.

Finding the office was a bit difficult. Maybe more information how to locate it will be helpful. Parking lot reserved for us was occupied by another vehicle. Had to call to figure where to park but staff was helpful.

The space, the fully equipped kitchen and two toilets. The quiet location and an easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

We would have been more prepared if we were aware of the shortcomings mentioned above

Property location was very good and clean place.

We were not aware it was on the second floor while booking. We were told about it only little before arrival and it was very inconvenient to take the luggage up and down. The check in counter was far and the person at the counter was rude. The extra bed requested was not updated.

No lift, i lived at 4/F and so need to carry the luggage to the flat. Only one air conditioner in the living room, but no air -conditioner in the two bedrooms

We had a wonderful time and if we come back we will stay again!

Location was perfect! It was also nice to be able to wash our clothes.

It was advertised as air conditioned but it was a mini split unit just in the living area, which normally would be fine, but it was so hot during our visit that the bedrooms were not cool. Suggestion: Please place a fan in each bedroom.

Very unsatisfactory experience

Location is not bad

Check in at a different location - difficult to access by car Driving to the parking for 15 min, then the only spot they offered us was occupied and we were told that that was not their problem, and were given no alternative. AC in the appartment barely working (it was set at 16C but blowing very little cold air) Windows dirty Isolation between floors either nonexistent or completely inefficient - felt like people above were walking on our heads! Third floor, no lift (but that I assume was noted in the description). Staff was not helpful - they kept referring to some video when we were standing in front of the occupied parking spot, so we really did not feel taken seriously, they could have offered something to compensate for no parked but didn’t

Good location, good for winter and not for people with lots of luggage.

The location is amazing, right by the park - you are seeing that park from all your windows. Right in the heart of the town.

The apartment gets so hot (while it was only 23 degrees celcius outside) and there is only one puny AC in the living room which also gets blocked by the 2nd bedroom door when opened. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows extremely soft and we were provided only one per person but we asked for more and were supplied more. The apartment we were given was on the 3rd floor and we had to bring up 4 large suit cases (a family of 4) up the stairs during check in and once again down the stairs when checked out. A really tough job with the tiny and not so wide stair case.

Excellent location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean, tidy and well maintained, larger than expected apartment. Nice bathroom with walk in shower, plus a second WC. Good kitchen with sufficient utilities. Comfortable beds. Large lounge/dining area with a superb view of the Trinkhalle. An extra bonus was the air-conditioning, which was a welcome surprise during a 39C weekend visit. Would stay again.

There could have been a few more coffee capsules, but not a huge problem, we bought more at a local shop.

Superb

Beautiful apartment across from park, such lovely park views. It had all the required amenities, two large bathrooms (only one with shower). The kitchen had a washing machine, perfect to do laundry while traveling as well as great coffee and tea. Perfect location, so close to all the areas you would want to visit, walking distance. As I drove, they organised covered parking for me as well.

Not a negative, but a tip- it is stairs up, so small luggage is better than large suitcases.

Conveniently located within the city of Baden Baden. Interior of apartment is very tasteful and beds are comfortable. Toilets are clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Baden Baden.

Two-Night Stay at Reichel Apartments

Large, Very Clean, very central and appropriately-priced accommodation. Al aspects of the apartment were top notch.

Apartment #4 is 76 steps from the street level. At age 72 this elevation along a narrow 4-flight staircase is not for the faint-of-heart. The auto parking is extremely difficult to find and not convenient for loading and unloading a car. Recommend the owners provide a detailed map of where to find the parking space AND recommend the owners emphasize that there is a convenient “loading and unloading” temporary parking space located in front of the small bodega (store) on the corner at Wilhemstrasse.

Superb

Room was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was perfect as it is just around the corner from the pedestrianised main street so we were able to walk out of the apartment and explore the town. Also has a lovely park right across the road which we enjoyed an evening stroll in.
