Clean comfortable room and excellent location!

The guesthouse is located right in the middle of town in the lane behind Leo's restaurant and the Lindt store. Very convenient with the bus to the train station stopping just a minute away. There are lots of restaurants all around plus the Christmas market was lovely. Stayed one night and we were allowed to check in early. Nathalie does not speak English but we managed just fine with google translate. Liked the Christmas decorations everywhere, very cheerful and festive. The room was small but clean. The bed was small but comfortable. The heating worked well and the window shutter kept the room cosy and quiet. There is a small common kitchen that we used to make an early breakfast.

Our room was up 2 flights of stairs but it was okay for us. The bathroom is really small with a tiny shower.

This place was so central, just few steps from one of the main pedestrian areas. It was very quiet and had a lovely little shared kitchen (immaculate and with a cooker, large refrigerator). What we really liked was how “German” it felt, lots of little touches made is so homey and different to the international hotels where you can forget which country you’re in. We were greeted at the door by the host and a young man carried our suitcases up.

Like most of the places here, the stairs are steep. This was not a problem for us, but may be for some. I did not see a lift, but there was a young man to help if we needed it.

The best of the locations!

As we travelled with a child, it was very convinient that the room was really central and we could return again and again if needed. The beds were great, everything was clean and the room had enough space for the three of us.. We could'nt ask for more. Thank you!!!

Very central. Nice room, had an air con unit in the room that was welcome. Baden Baden is lovely, has a nice vibe. Our room was on the top floor, no problem for us fit fellows but something to bear in mind. I'd stay here again, bed was very comfy had a great sleep.

Got an email on the day to explain how to self check in. We were on the road all day so couldn't check email so we had no idea what was going on when we got there. Send the email a day earlier please.

Highly recommended!

Had a very comfortable stay in the double room. It was more than large enough for one person, everything was very clean, and the decor is super cute. Communication was fantastic via messaging to make checking a breeze. Don’t expect anyone to be at the reception, but it’s typically not hard to find one of the owners as he is always around working on maintenance. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town and close to all the sites. The shared kitchen also makes it very convenient to bring back leftovers or get something from the grocery store for breakfast. The owners were very accommodating to let me leave my suitcase in the morning in checked out so I can do more site seeing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent value and service

The apartment is very comfortable for two people. It was also spotless and the service provided by Miss Lesser and her staff was really professional. Very quite despite being there for New Year's eve. By the way , we found a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and bisquits which is a nice touch. Thank you Natalie !

We liked it very much, room was spacious, staff was very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend!

Room, bathroom were very spacious. There were two blanket. You could arrange the room temperature. There was a sofa in the room too. Kitchenette was very cozy and there were everything you would need for: ref., coffee machine, kettle, other kitchen utensils. I recommend 200%! Ideal for a few days of stay. Also, too close to the city center.

The only thing I was unhappy about was the view :) actually, lack of view. As I stayed for a night and in winter, it did not bother much, but especially during summer time I would prefer a room with a view.

Nice very clean apartment style, close to Friedrichsbad

Lovely location, just off of town center. Very clean apartment style rooms. Pretty good beds. Very close to Friedrichsbad Bahen-Bahen, about a 10 minute walk. I had a hard time finding this property driving but now that I know where it is I would stay here again.

No parking and I found it difficult to find. Next time I would park at the casino, I think it was about 20 euros, From the casino walk to Leo's restaurant, turn at Leo's and walk up the hill
