Christmas visit was made better by staying at the Laterne.

Great and spacious bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was included, and an absolutely excellent way to start the day. The Christmas decorations are off the charts and add to the holiday atmosphere. Super close to the Christmas market, shops, cafes, and a pharmacy.🎄🎅🎁

Check-in was a little cramped. I guess regular lobbies are disappearing, so not a big deal.

Wonderful stay at a perfectly located quaint hotel

Loved the location and quaintness of the property. Loved the little seating area outside our room and how cozy the room was

Was a little difficult to navigate how to check in but someone from the restaurant saw us and came out to help get us checked in.

There was one lady by the name of Cordelia who was very helpful

The staff in general are very rude,one night I asked for a green tea bag and was told I had to pay 1 euro there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, no lifts either,will def, not be visiting again

Excellent place to stay with nice restaurant.

The breakfast is very good and fresh. The staff are excellent.

No elevator which makes it difficult with luggage. Staff are more than willing to assist. The hotel does not have a/c and normally not needed except there was a heat wave. They provided a fan and free water.

perfect location in the city center in the pedestrian streets and walking distance to everything . Comfortable room ; Standard breakfast the hotel has a nice restaurant for drinks, lunch or dinner.

The building is very old so there is no elevator which made it a little difficult for us because we are getting old ....and a mini fridge in the room would have been nice

Lovely little hotel

The bed was huge and so comfortable. Had two comforters for one bed which was so nice to sleep with. The balcony was gorgeous overlooking a little busy square with restaurants and shops. It was shared and having the door open could be loud as there were buskers. The hotel was under construction and there was work going on at midnight. Upon arrival they had me down for 2 rooms by mistake and had to check with the coworker despite me having proof of conversation and reservation for one double room. It was very confusing to find check in and you enter the hotel through the restaurant.

Staff was very suppirtive, the made our stay comfortable. The vicinity to the center, location excellent. Were helped with luggage and parking.

No elevators, but again, helped us in bringin luggage. Service was available until 23 hrs, but were supportive when arrival for the check in was quite late because of considerable delay of flight

Perfect hotel in the center with charming German character

Perfect hotel with character set in the centre of town. Staff friendly and offer old fashioned homely service. Hotel is quite picturesque with plenty of character. Restaurant at the entrance also ideal. We enjoyed the nearby spa and sauna center which was a short walk and the hotel stay offered a small discount on entry. We are very happy we chose this hotel for our short stay.

The hotel had a very whimsical and cute interior, although a bit confusing to find your room at times. The room itself was nice, comfortable and well decorated. The personnel were very kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast buffet.
