Excellent location (right next to both spa centers). When we purchased a spa pass at the hotel reception, we were given complimentary bathrobes and an additional 1 hour of stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious and prepared with high-quality home-made products. The rooms were cozy and clean, with quality bed linen and comfortable beds. The common lounge area was also very cozy, where you could relax with a coffee/tea and a book or a board game. We could check in one hour earlier, very thanks!

There was a misunderstanding regarding the place where we were supposed to receive our bathrobes (but everything is ok).

Beautiful town and spa, the Wanderweg is super!

Great location, comfy beds and excellent varied breakfast. We were late arriving and received helpful advice to get our key. There’s a resident’s lounge too with tea and coffee and an honesty bar. Friendly and helpful staff and great room service too. Perfect stay.

A perfect hotel when you are away from home!

This family run boutique Hotel is a gem in the center of Baden Baden. It’s within walking distance to anywhere you want to go in the city and is everything you would want or need in a hotel.

There is no elevator so if you are unable to carry your luggage up to the second or third floor, I would not recommend this hotel. For us it was no problem.

Loved the ambiance and proximity to key central city activities, including the baths. Breakfast was wonderful

Our room was in 2nd floor right over where folks smoke outside. Also parking was complicated. Had to find public parking and one would have thought you would get a discount if one was staying in city center

What an amazing find!

Laura the owner was awesome. This was our first time in the town and she recommended dinner and activities for the next day. Perfect location just up the hill from the center and in-between the two main spas. Breakfast included a lot of local and homemade products. We will be back.

Wonderful owners, incredible value!

The owners were incredibly friendly, and helped with directions on how to get to Old Town and ideas on where we were going. The street train was literally right outside the hotel, which has plenty of parking, so incredibly easy to leave our car and ride into old town without concerns for finding parking.

Perfect location. Very close to the spas in a quiet niche and everything is a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff are all excellent and do everything for guests' well being. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel right next to the Roman thermal baths and the city center!

Great hotel at a great location in the middle of town, right next to the Roman Baths and Caracalla. The room was well designed and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offered towels for us to take to Caracalla which was very convenient. Parking was 10 eur but right at the entrance to the hotel. Overall a great experience!

There was a rooftop balcony in a hotel right across the street from our room. Some people were sitting there and chatting until very late and since it was a hot night we left the window open so it was slightly loud. But honestly not that bad and we fell asleep quite easily in the end.

the location, in the historical district, is perfect (2min from the baths, 3min from leopold place). rooms (we were in a classic one) are big and super tidy/comfy and the staff is very nice and helpful

A good experience and nice city but you have to choose wisely where to stay

We liked the apartment situated on the top floor ,is beautifully designed with everything you need.Very clean and full of light.

The hitting system was put on just in weekend.But we came in Wednesday and the apartment was cold and unpleasant during the night so we slept with jumpers on in the first part of the holiday.

Unpleasant management situation and a big stress with this hotel

central location

We had very unpleasant situation with this hotel! The hotel was chosen due to well advertised on their website warm family management highly orientated on the needs of guests. In fact family management in this hotel means one sister is cancelling the agreements with other part of the managing family. We have booked the rooftop two rooms apartment with rose sofa and round windows. In fact the apartment doesn’t look like on the photos and is quite outdated: sofa have stains, old carpet, poor drainage of water in the sink. But the worst thing was bed! Two separate mattresses instead of double bed and mattresses completely damaged! You feel like falling in the whole and back pain is guaranteed. Next morning I asked a manager if it is possible by any chance to change at least one mattress and one of the the sisters of the management family was very nice and said “sure we can make it. But maybe you want to change to another room? We have a second double room apartment free”. We said it’s a great idea, had a look at another apartment and said we like it! We were very grateful and happy about that solution. But as we already were about to leave to Therme and had all our bags with us, we agreed we make a room change in the afternoon. This sister and the older management lady both said it’s totally ok in the afternoon. No time limits or special deadlines were required. When we come back from Therme about 16:30 we are ready to move. At the reception was another sister and she said „what kind of move you want? I already gave this another apartment to another clients! You are too late!” My husband and me were completely shocked as we didn’t agree about any time deadlines for this change and afternoon (Nachmittag in German) actually means any time from 12 until evening. And 16:30 was for sure Nachmittag. For the reasonable question of me and my husband how you can make such a trick with us this lady with impudent smile answered “I don’t know anything!

Very comfortable room with nice shower. Good German style breakfast. Gave us a snow brush to clean off rental car. Close to all sights in town.

Extra fee for parking. Small elevator that had to carry luggage up stairs to access.
