We mistakenly didn't realize it wasn't reserved for children. We had two children under 6 with us. When we arrived, they told us we had to pay extra. They took the tax and then charged us an additional 80 euros. I checked Booking.com and the reservation with children was 10 euros more than the reservation I had. As for the staff, none of them were helpful or accommodating. The only good thing about the hotel was its location.

Not what I was expecting

The location is excellent. Very central. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

There was no baby bed even when I booked with a 3 month and a 2 year old kid. At the end, they were able to make a small sofa-bed in the room, but very uncomfortable. The heating was not working the second night. The bad room shower had fungus on the wall and the hot water was not constant, sometimes very hot and the next second cold. For the price, I would expect something else.

Breakfast place served shitty breakfast. Probably the worst I have ever tasted. Boring, lack of creativity and just poor shite. Needs a visit from Gordon Ramsay.

Great stay in Baden Baden

Love how comfortable the beds are. Room AC is also great. Staff is always friendly and this is in the perfect location. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and if in Baden Baden again will return.

Nice small hotel, nicely decorated, functional, in the middle of the Baden-Baden touristc center.

The localtion for a visit to the turistic center of Baden-Baden and the thermes is perfect. The king-sized bed was great. The room decoration is great and functional. It was not necessary, but AC works and it was not noisy.

Accoust isolation is not great, it should be sufficient for standard nights. In our case, there was a party in the street during night, fortunately the party noises ended before 23 and there were no sleep issues. The breakfast was good/basic (for a light breakfast it works perfectly, I was expecting more).

Nice accomodation in Baden-Baden, Kind staff, Nice price.

Close location from other restaurants and cafe. Kind staffs(exceptionally nice) Good Price Cafeteria which is located on 4th floor the view was perfect. (Because of my schedule, I couldn't have a breakfast there)

The WIFI was very slow..that is the only one thing that I didn't satisfy.

Great location right in the Center. The owner was very friendly (and speaking fluently all possible languages :) modernly stylish and very clean!

Breakfast was good but basic (Brötchen, cheese, meats, yogurt). I would appreciate a warm option, eg on demand (eg scramble) Though view from the terrace directly to Rathaus was lovely

Great and quiet location in the city center

Location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to Caracalla Therme. The room is very quiet, windows are very well isolated. The bathroom is huge compared to other hotels where I used to stay in Baden-Baden.
