Location, Staff and Room Size were good.
The building is very poorly sound-proofed. Some guests were partying until early morning. Even as the police arrived twice it didn't stop. Our stay ended up as two more or less sleeples nights. Not what we payed for. Thing is, that City-House isn't a hotel, so I can't blame the staff. The owner even offered us a new room which we unfortunately rejected after she talked to the disturbers. Nevertheless, general house rules should be enforced more consequently to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests.
