A beautiful little room in a beautiful little town

A small quiet room in a beautiful little part of Baden Baden. The bed was comfortable, the linens/towels were very good. We would stay again

Our room/hallways could use a fresh coat of paint. Pretty scuffed up, however not unappealing

Very charming hotel in an historical building with new modern clean rooms. Just a few minutes to Kurhaus and Casino. Room as photos on booking show.

My room was on the ground floor next to entrance and reception and hence in the morning woke up early due to noise from outside.

Pleasant hotel room with kitchenette, convenient location, but a little loud at night.

Easy walking distance to the centre and baths. Mini apartment was roomy and felt homely.

There’s a pub nearby, and the pub people were quite loud at night. Sink tap needs fixing. Warning, the steep stairs in the building are dangerous.

Comfortable and well located

Well located and also hidden away. Nice comfy bed, good sized rooms and a very good shower. I would definitely stay there again.

No fault of the hotel but "kids" decided to have a party outside the hotel. In the morning, there was lots of broken glass and cigarette packets right outside the hotel entrance. The area was cleaned up by the hotel and the lady apologised for any inconvenience.

It was really nice to have a fridge and basic cutlery/glasses.

Comfy and Cozy

Amazing position (close to Casino and Caracalla Spa) and comfortable room. The staff is very kind but speak only German.

The room we were given (room number 1) was at the ground floor close to the breakfast area hence a bit noisy. If you happen to reserve, I suggest to ask for the rooms at the first floor.

The location was great, the room and Hotel were clean and the general appearance was boutique so as described.

The check in was online and we had to call 5 different numbers before we finally spoke to someone to get the key code so that was frustrating. The room had no aircon so was a little uncomfortable in the night.

The large room upstairs was very nice and had a kitchen nook. The smaller one downstairs was nice but on the smallish end. Cute little hotel.

Price a bit steep for a 3* hotel with very limited reception services (morning only?). We arrived around 6pm and had to get the keys in lockboxes. The long instructions about how to check in were emailed to us only in German (I speak it, but not everyone does). The tone was very functional and directive.

Suspicious hotel staff sneaking in the room

The room was nice and recently renovated. The location was good, very close to all the attractions and to the bus stop.

No or broken curtains in the bathroom with windows facing another house. No privacy. There was an incident with the hotel staff. We were not supposed to have cleaning (the hotel provides cleaning once in 5 days and we stayed two nights). We also had a no disturb sign on the door. Despite these two facts, we were disturbed by someone opening the door and sneaking in without even knocking. The hotel receptionist confirmed that there was no cleaning scheduled for our room. Yet she tried to provide different excuses for someone entering our room, e.g., ‘the person misunderstood the red no disturb sign and thought the cleaning was needed’ - but no cleaning was confirmed, right? Also, sneaking in without knocking and not knowing what a no disturb sign means? It was very suspicious and we did not feel safe afterwards.

Lovely little boutique hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.

Our room was quite small but ok for a few nights’ stay if you don’t have a lot of luggage.
