Haustiere willkommen. Spa sehr schön, Fitnessraum ausreichend. Beste Lage. Personal sehr freundlich. und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Hundepaket mit 60,00 pro Tag etwas teuer ( Decke und Fressnapf). Dafür aber wurde unser Hund immer gut behandelt und durfte auch in den Frühstückraum und Restaurant rein.

Emplacement idéal, au cœur de Baden Baden, en face du Christmas Market. L'hôtel est sublime, la chambre était très belle et confortable et le service irréprochable.

Le spa est limité en terme de capacité, pas de chaises longues et lits disponibles à notre arrivée.

Luxus im Zentrum Baden-Badens

Wir haben ein Wochenende (= zwei Nächte) im Steigenberger Icon Europäischer Hof verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles ist ganz frisch renoviert, die Zimmer sind großzügig und auch der Spa-Bereich (leider unter der Erde), den wir zweimal besucht haben, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral: direkt gegenüber der Kurhalle und der Trinkhalle, im Dezember ist dort der Weihnachtsmarkt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, vom Restaurant aus hat man einen Blick auf die Oos und das Kurhaus. Besonders gut haben mir die floralen Arrangements überall im Hotel gefallen.

Der Service war etwas unaufmerksam. Die Küche wird dem Anspruch des Hotels nur bedingt gerecht. Das Egg Benedikt war kalt und matschig. Der Salat zum Abendessen war sehr bitter. Der Spa lädt nicht wirklich zum Verweilen ein.

Nous avons été au Spa et avons été étonnés qu’il y avait pas de réception et personne pour accueillir les personnes . Quand nous étions dans le pool , un monsieur complètement nu qui venait de la saune es rentré dans le pool . J’étais demander à la dame qui venait vérifier les boissons si c’était dans la norme de pouvoir être nu , elle m’a répondue qu’on peut rentrer nu ou en costume de bain . Un monsieur es après aussi rentrer avec les chaussures et avec les habits de ville dans l’espace sauna . Le jour du check out j’ai redemander à la réceptionniste si c’était normal de pouvoir rentrer nu dans le pool , en plus il y avait aussi des enfants et elle m’a dit NON. Donc se serait bien si tout le personnel se mettait d’accord pour dire la même chose .

Es fehlt etwas am letzten Schliff, die letzten 20%, um wirklich als perfektes Luxushaus zu gelten.

Tolle Lage, qualitativ hochwertig ausgetattet. Tolles Spa und schön eingerichtetes Fitness.

Die Einrichtung wirkt kitschig (Samtsessel in grün oder lila, viel Pastell). Es ist nicht wirklich geschmackvoll. Eher generisch, wie viele andere Luxushotels im Moment. Ich weiss nicht, ob die alle dieselbe Inneneinrichtungsfirma haben. Auch die Kunst an der Wand ist schrecklich (Flure, Restaurant). Zimmer ist sehr klein. Angeblich hatten wir ein Upgrade. Zimmer war winzig. Dem Personal fehlt ein gewisser Schliff (ausser am Empfang, Rezeption), es wirkt alles etwas hölzern und nicht wirklich angemessen für ein Haus mit den Preisen, vor Allem im Restaurant sind sie sehr unaufmerksam und räumen den Nebentisch nicht sofort ab. Wir durften eine halbe Stunde auf eine dreckige zurückgelassen Serviette am Nebentisch starren. Die Krümel am Nebentisch wurden den ganzen Abend nicht weggeräumt. Auch unsere leeren Gläser und Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt. Der Tisch wurde immer voller. Auch wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir nur noch einen Gang nehmen können, da die Küche gleich schliesst. Wir haben uns gefühlt, als würde man uns einen Gefallen tun. Ok, vielleicht hat man das. Aber warum durfte dann das Paar, das nach uns kam, mehrere Gerichte bestellen? Wir haben es nicht verstanden. Vielleicht haben wir etwas übersehen. Dafür an der Bar wiederum sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn auch hier die Einrichtung so dermassen geschmacklos ist (Die Spiegel an der Bar sind schlimm.). Auch die Präsentation fehlt komplett. Ich erwarte bei den Barpreisen keine generischen Erdnüsse, sondern etwas schönere Präsentation bei den Snacks (Gerne ein Beispiel am Trois Rois in Basel nehmen.). Für die Einrichtung können die Leute natürlich nichts. Aber es fehlt einfach an den letzten 20%. Alle sind sehr nett, aber brauchen wirklich mehr Schulung. Wenn man Blumen ins Zimmer stellt, dann bitte kein Plastik. Entweder frisch oder die Blumen ganz weglassen. Es ist einfach nicht rund. Vielleicht bekommen sie es noch hin. Es war schliesslich nur 1 Monat nach Eröffnung.
