Definitely worth staying at

The hotel was incredible, very friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant was lovely, the room was gorgeous, the staff were great with, and very accommodating of, our dog.

In time-honoured fashion, the air con system was unfathomable/didn’t work, which made the room slightly uncomfortable to sleep in. The additional costs (€50 per person for breakfast, €60 per night for parking) felt incredibly excessive.

This continues to be one of my favorite stopover hotels in Germany. Super nice rooms, great food, very friendly and professional staff. Comfortable underground garage.

Slight deferred maintenance is visible here and there and should be taken care of.

A truly unforgettable stay. Would certainly recommend.

The breakfast was incredible. The poached egg with spinach and tomato was amazing. I’d love to know the chef’s secret. I’ll be expecting champagne for breakfast every day now.

A great place in a calm town

Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the interior design is absolutely mesmerizing, the atmosphere and vibes of the hotel is really creative. I loved every detail in there.

Excellent fun hotel with great facilities

Location is great and it is an excellent hotel to stopover on a drive to or from southern Europe or the Alps. The restaurant is good. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar where there was a lemon party. It is a bit of a party hotel but it certainly has atmosphere. The staff are generally very friendly. The parking options are excellent as you can park either outside the front door or in the secure and clean underground garage.

We have stayed a number of times now, and we feel the pricing is going up and it is perhaps getting less attractive for what it is worth.

The breakfast buffet

There is one thin receptionist lady asked me if I can go she will inform me when room is available by email I waited till at 5:30 pm for check in because there is no rooms and she took full invoice amount in advance plus deposit 100€ her colleagues apologies and offered me upgrade to junior sweet room Baden Baden is nice City but that hotel is miserable

We would come back again without hesitation.

Love the artsy vibe of the hotel, which is what the Autograph Collection is famous for. The room was a decent size and the gym is fitted with high end equipment. Room service food was also very tasty and delivered speedily.

There was not much we didn’t like about. From checking in to checking out, we were very satisfied. I suppose the fact that there was not a balcony as described when we booked.

A very relaxing place, very good for rest, with few comments

- Very clean, with accommodating cleaning staff; - Very nice and complex SPA and outdoor pool; - I liked that it was never crowded and you always had privacy; - Very good breakfast with friendly waiters; also the dinner was very nice, with very good sushi;

The reception staff is a unprofessional; I thought first that the first guy is new, but then I saw that the other one was same; I'll offer some examples that happened meanwhile: - They don't know all the details about the rooms and SPA, sometimes trying to guess some details; - They also had some system issue when they booked our room, which took approximately an hour; it may be something unexpected, I'm not necessarily pissed about that, they offered us some drinks at the top bar in the meantime though, that was fine; but after all was finished, we received the cards for the room at the bar; after we served some food there, we arrived in the room and our luggage were not there; so we had to come downstairs to take our luggage ourselves from the reception, nobody took it ... - At the checkout they insisted that I have to pay the complete accommodation again there, even if I paid it on Booking at the beginning of the stay; they said that I didn't made the payment, even if the first guy (at the check in) verified my payment; after I explained to them, they insisted that the payment was just blocked, though it wasn't, it was executed, I didn't have access to that amount anymore; I helped them, giving them all the details again and again; at the end they said that now they can see that I paid the accommodation and it's a mistake ... as I said;

Great place to explore and enjoy Baden-Baden and the Black Forest.

We spent the New Year period in the hotel and had a great time. The hotel, room and spa are very nice and comfortable. The Japanese restaurant is superb. The service welcoming.
