Luxurious hotel with professional staff

The hotel is in an ancient and very beautiful building. The feeling was that we were staying in a palace. The room was large and spacious. The service was excellent. The parking was excellent. The breakfast was delicious.

There should be more vegan options at breakfast.

Dreamy step into the past.

Breakfast was good. But the thing I loved was how charming this hotel was. I felt like I was at Downton Abbey! It was dreamy!

Unique building but uneven experience

Unique building representing the architecture of Baden Baden's golden era Super convenient placement, walking distance from everything in the town

Breakfast didn't correspond to the premium placement of the hotel. Everything ready-made and no variety or local colour. For the rate facilities in the room were average: old 80s aircon and no coffee machine.

Great to visit and rest maybe once.

The hotel is beautiful and has a magical atmosphere, designed in an old-fashioned, charming style. The breakfast wasn’t very big, but it was still rather tasty and enjoyable. The garden is absolutely fantastic — beautifully maintained with a lovely fountain, creating a perfect place to relax. There are also loads of paintings and decorative elements throughout the floors, adding even more character and charm to the overall experience. Parking is available on site for an extra fee, which is very convenient. Dogs were very welcome in the hotel with bowls waiting for them at arrival.

Unfortunately, there were a few negative aspects during our stay: • There was no one available to help with the luggage upon arrival. • There is no elevator in the hotel, and despite that, no assistance with the luggage was offered. • A private event for an outside company was organized during our stay, but we were not informed about it in advance. Because of this event, there were no parking spaces left for us when we arrived back at the hotel after a long day of visiting museums, even though many of the event attendees were not hotel guests.

Superb

This hotel is really special because one feels as a princess there. One goes back to the history and gets the feeling of living in old days on a castle/chateau. We also liked the staff there.

The Location.

The rooms I got were very small and not that comfortable. Also, the hotel charged me extra money called city tax !!. Overall, my stay was very expensive compared to the service I had.

Hotel Belle Epoque is one of the most luxurious hotels with a sophisticated atmosphere and a lot of art that we have visited in Germany! I will come again definetely!

Nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast

The room was in the "adjacent building", the room was disappointing, 2 single beds next to the wall, beds were not comfy, it looked old and not very neat. Bathroom with only 1 sink and no shower. A pity, as the hotel rooms seem to be very nice .
