Wonderful, cozy, family hotel.

Wonderful family hotel, services are really well, food in restaurant is great, fresh and delicious. Room was really cozy, clean and well organised. It felf very nice staying in the hotel - I will definetly come back here.

Great food, great service, and we will definitely go back again!

The room is spacious and great view, it's super clean and comfortable, I wish to stay longer however we came in a bit late because the long trip, but the staff was quite friendly. Love how the room is designed and how you put travel books around, it was really delightful to be there it really made us relaxed at the end of our whole holiday trip.

The sauna did not open in the morning, so I could not use it since we came in late. It would be nice to put the hours on the page so we could plan better.

Exceptional

Amazing location, a very quiet area, and great views. The sauna and swimming pool is a bonus. Very friendly hosts. You must try the food in the restaurant, it's the best dinner we've had during our holiday, the quality is superb! Breakfast was delicious, too. There's a garage for motorbikes.

a nice relaxing hotel

the place was very nice and calm. the hotel was clean and the receptionist was helpful and kind. next year we ll come here again maybe for more days

Beautiful cozy rooms with a view

attention to details and secure parking for motorcycles. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The spa is definitely a plus.

Nice breakfast No soundproof

The staff is welcoming and the breakfast was very good. We also had a nice view from the room. There is also the swimming pool and sauna available.

The room did not meet our expectations given the price, it was clean but small and the bathroom was very tiny. The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear very well our neighbors and noise.

Superior quality relaxation and a great kitchen!

This hotel is exceptional! The restaurant, the rooms, the spa area and the swimming pool - all was extremely high quality and ensured a memorable stay! The food was delicious, excellent quality and the breakfast was superior, really a one to remember! The swimming pool is lovely, very soft water and a fantastic hydromassage shower. It helped us to recover after a long drive. Thank you very much for such outstanding hospitality and the high quality kitchen!

Wonderful location, beautiful views. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and diner very good.

Only thing that’s missing is the airconditioning, even with the window and door (to the balcony) open it’s still too warm at night. The reception for the hotel is in the restaurant, it would be helpful if there’s a sign so you don’t have to search for it.

Exceptional

The view over the vineyards was stunning. Nice to take a bath and a sauna. Clean big room. Dinner and breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was superb. So nice we could check in even if we arrive early to the Hotel. The straff (the family...) was very serviceminded and friendly.

It would be nice if you have schampo and conditioner in the room and even in the spa. A water kettle has also been nice to have in the room. Otherwise everything was tip top.

L’accueil chaleureux, le lieux très jolie ment décoré, moderne mais à la fois rustique , les équipements, la chambre top avec une petite bouteille d’eau mise à disposition, la piscine ainsi que le spa et le sublime petit déjeuner! Un sans faute, un personnel au petits soins, je recommande !

Kopfkissen viel zu “mächtig”! Beleuchtung Badezimmer geht nur zusammen mit der Flurbeleuchtung an! Ist nachts etwas blöde, wenn man den Partner nicht wecken will!

zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk, correct ... een absolute aanrader, zouden er zeker teruggaan

het ontbijt was uitstekend, het personeel super vriendelijk, het zwembad top, de servicegerichtheid van het management en personeel, zeer fijn diner.

niets ... misschien een tip : een klein frigootje in de kamer eventueel factuur was op 1ste zicht niet 100% duidelijk, maar na een ophelderend telefoongesprek met het management, werd duidelijk dat de factuur geheel correct en zoals vermeld op booking.com OK was. Dank voor uw telefoontje, en mijn excuses.

Lekkere dagen gehad, prima hotel!

Lekker ontbijt, alles was aanwezig. Goede koffie. Balkon met goede zitjes, was heerlijk even niks doen en genieten We hebben er 's avonds lekker gegeten. Wel aan de prijs ;-) Kamer was netjes, maar geen airco (dat wisten we trouwens van te voren) Hotel had een ventilator die we konden gebruiken. Het zwembad is een bonus! Lekker effe afkoelen.

De douche is relatief klein, dus douchen in het ligbad. Dat is toch elke keer weer een beetje behelpen. In de directe omgeving van het hotel is er niets te beleven, maar in Baden Baden zelf meer dan genoeg.
