Great location and the staff was amazing. Helped with reservations, taxis and even checked my train was on schedule. Extremely accommodating.

They gave us a different room than the one we booked .. it was without bathtub and sofa.. they also included so many wrong numbers in the final bill .. they were going to charge me around 500 EUR extra! It was a clear robbery
