Relaxing weekend in a beautiful place.

Extremely comfortable high quality hotel with great attention to detail

We had a deluxe Stephanie Villa room, which was very spacious and had every conceivable comfort that you would want. Full bathroom with large bath and shower. His and hers sinks. The main bedroom area had a very large wardrobe with more room and facilities than you would reasonably expect to use, even for a longer stay (5 days or more). Without doubt, a fantastically well designed room with great attention to how someone would use each of the facilities. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice and very good quality ingredients. The Winter Garden restaurant had a very nice menu and we couldn’t fault the food and service. All staff were very attentive at all times, as you would expect from a hotel of this status. We didn’t get to use the Spa but, as with the rest of the hotel, we could see that the facilities were of excellent quality. The location is perfect for walking through the nearby park and for reaching the old town and shopping areas. All within easy walking distance.

Nothing to mention at all. We would be very pleased to be able to stay again.

Perfectly located. Excellent design of the buildings, gardens, landscape, interiors. You can’t find similar in this region of Germany. Diana, on reception, gave us upgrade from 65m2 to 120m2, we are definitely coming again.

The Manager of the reception. Can’t re call his name. He should not be there. Or at least not meeting guests. Let him stay in the back stage. Too cheap. Spa reception lady wasn’t having welcoming attitude.

They gave us a different room than the one we booked .. it was without bathtub and sofa.. they also included so many wrong numbers in the final bill .. they were going to charge me around 500 EUR extra! It was a clear robbery

Anyway, service of the staff is the super best. All of them were kind and polite. When we went to Caracalla-therme, they prepared a towel set for us , and when we left the hotel, they had put water and snacks in our car without saying anything. Of course both the room and the meal were the best. The wife and daughters who were not used to a sauna of the man and woman mixture appreciated a women-only sauna very much. I am going to visit Baden Baden again to stay in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, surroundings, and service.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

Beautiful hotel

Love the place very old world classic elegant yet rejuvenated. Tea room Was espectacular and tea wass well worth the 50 euros! Spa is very nice and pool room is incredible! Staff super friendly! Very posh hotel!

perfect break for a family with great welcome and delicious food

Amazing. The welcome and attention to detail is incredible. The food, including breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has the most beautiful setting overlooking the park and is few steps from the mail square with great shopping. Spa and the Kids Club was fantastic too.
