A perfectly located, warm, and welcoming stay that made it easy to fall in love with the beauty of Baden-Baden.

We had a great stay at Atlantic Parkhotel Baden-Baden. The location really couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of town, which made it incredibly easy to walk to museums, shops, parks, and the spas Baden-Baden is famous for. Everything we wanted to see or do was just a short stroll away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We felt well taken care of. All in all, it was the perfect home base for enjoying Baden-Baden, a uniquely beautiful town. We’d happily stay here again.

Could be wonderful but not there yet.

we had a renovated room and a lovely view of the Lichtenallee. It's a nice old hotel, very pretty. Breakfast was what you would expect for a 4 star hotel, not amazing but plenty to eat including healthy stuff which I prefer e.g. yogurt, nuts, berries, cheeses. They also have other things if you want them omelettes etc.

two big negatives: First, the room was nothing like the photo. We booked a deluxe room and while it was renovated, it was a small room with a hallway, so the square footage may be large but it's not really useful. i show photos of what's on Booking and what we got below. Second, the receptionist, particularly one of them, was rude. Checking in, she stopped half way through to take a call and then proceeded to talk for at least a minute. I sat down to wait and finally a gentleman appeared and finished the check in. Checking out, she had made a mistake over charging us for a breakfast we didn't have. When we pointed this out, she did not apologize. Instead she complained how to fix this, and made it sound as though we had made the error. Reception gives the first and last impressions of a hotel and unfortunately both were disagreeable. The other staff - housekeeping and dining staff were all great.

There is a disjoint in management- some really good things about the hotel but then fundamental flaws.

The location is great & the hotel is spacious and comfortable. The live band and music was so good.

Unfortunately our dinner didn’t arrive - they forgot our order so we were hungry on our first night at the hotel. With a small child it was important we have room service we ordered 1 hour before room service ends and when we called to check where our food was they told us they are sorry they forgot our order. For a one night stay we were so disappointed ☹️ and they said they would make it up to us the next day but at checkout nobody knew anything and they offered a very small discount of about 20 euros - another thing we travelled with our dog because it is a dog friendly hotel - I asked for a dog bowl on arrival and again but it never arrived. They charge 15 euros for dogs but yet the welcome was hardly warm. So disappointed. We even witnessed two members of staff arguing right in front of us.

Number one in Baden-Baden

A wonderful place to go on vacation. I enjoyed the day in this magnificent palace. I received a warm welcome from the hotel staff and the food was just wonderful.

I regret not staying here 5 days in a row.

A penchant for the supernatural

Wonderful location at the foot of the Mercury volcano. Wonderful beer garden and a dreamlike fireplace room with medieval witch pictures. I met very interesting people here in the walls. A real travel treasure for people with a penchant for the supernatural.

Not worth the money!

We went to Baden-Baden go enjoy the lovely city and we found this hotel online some months before and we’re happy to book it. But after arriving we and other guests were not allowed to check in the hotel. We drove 4 hrs to check in and they told us that something went wrong with the booking, later it was supposed to be a damaged in our room. Later we met some other people in a different hotel and told us the same story. They brought us in a cheap 2 star hotel and after we tried to call the duty manager of the hotel the girl was shouting on us, crying and told us we could be happy to get another place to stay and that we can be happy no one died. Room was still bookable online for more then 3x times the price! Be careful!

This is my new home away from home! Family run in the best possible way. Everything I could wish for to recharge my batteries. Elegance, discretion, comfort, quality, friendliness. Also I got the best massage by Eva who seems to be the good soul of this lovely hotel.

Glory long past but still has some charm

The hotel still breaths some charming atmosphere. Very elegant room and lobby. Beautifully decorated and the premium room was spacey, light and pleasant Breakfast is nice and fresh but not what you might expect from a 300 euro room. The view from the balcony is amazing and it is a top location

The reception was staffed by a very unsympathetic witch-like lady who didnt even greet us but threw a form in my face without looking at me. Even though the hotel offers breakfast (for a fee)in the room she refused to give this surface. The room was not very clean. Very dusty. Breakfast buffet was not refilled and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Wifi from the Stone Age

WOW!

If you are going to Baden Baden, stay here! Seriously, I saw all other hotels in the area, and this is the best one by far! The history, facilities, vibe and food all are 5 star. In fact, I can't imagine why this hotel is rated 4 and not 5 stars, maybe because it has no spa in a spa town.

Im Zimmer sind die technischen Ausstattungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber schon noch OK. Gehört in solch einem gediegenen Haus aber irgendwie auch dazu.

Lage und Freundlichkeit top, Sauberkeit des Zimmers und Qualität der Betten eher schlecht

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Lage und des alten Charmes sowie der 4 * gebucht. Die Lage ist absolut top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ein Willkommens-Sekt zum Empfang war nett. Beim Frühstücksbüffet ist alles da, Frühstückssalon mit Aussicht auf die Oos (der Fluß) war auch schön.

Superior - Doppelzimmer mit 2 separaten Betten gebucht. Unter meinem Bett lag noch Müll und es roch sehr stark nach Schweiß, als wir das Zimmer betraten. Ich dachte, es gibt sich. Die Nacht in einem 80 cm (!) breiten Bett war aber der Horror, das ist nicht akzeptabel, wir haben kaum geschlafen, da man beim Umdrehen immer Gefahr lief, aus dem Bett zu rollen. Auch waren die Matratzen recht weich, also alt. Am Morgen dann Reklamation. Der Preis für die Übernachtung wurde komplett erlassen, das Frühstück haben wir bezahlt. Im Anblick der Misere eine angemessene und großzügige Kulanz. Trotz der Misere kann man das Hotel bedingt wegen der Lage empfehlen. Ggfs. gleich reklamieren. :-)
