Lovely hotel, great faculties and rooms. Good location as only short walk to old town area.

Very clean with lovely spa and pool area. Adjoining rooms were great and spacious.

Parking limited and additional car park opposite not available. Had to find street parking. Only one room available on check-in. Had to wait until the evening for second room.

Not worth the value and uncertainty of parking.

I liked the location but I wasn’t a fan of the limited parking options. Because of our disassociation, they did protect a discount which was appreciated so my review is better than what it would have been.

Issues with staff, not friendly, issues with parking and breakfast wasn’t optimal at all. Plus my diamond earrings randomly disappeared in the bathroom after I hide them away in my little baggie. Of course the time I don’t put them in a safe or wear them. Limited follow up about that. Maybe I somehow lost them myself? I just wouldn’t ever go back to this hotel or same brand.

Highly recommended!

Factilities were in great condition, the gym was clean and modern. The Pool was great and massage was good too. Will definitely return! The room size exceed our expectations especially for a family of four, with seperate areas and two tv's in the room, the Suite is recommended.

Great modern stylish hotel with nice spa/ pool

Hotel deco was great, modern and quirky, stylish, especially in the restaurant & spa area. Bedrooms were also very modern but cosy with stylish design. Beds were super comfy and we also had a nice balcony. Also liked that you had a bag with pool towels and bath rope in your room. Sadly had no time to go to the pool but our kids did and said it was super nice with very cosy lounge chairs. Can only recommend !

Breakfast buffet could have been maybe a bit more varied :-), but they still had a fresh omelet station and the usual items. I personally like more fruit and a few more healthy 'world cuisine' dishes, but it was still a nice buffet (though €21 unless booked with booking directly for €6). Only the juicer was a great idea but super loud :-). And Baden Baden centre is not that close. It's a nice walk if weather is nice, but going for dinner in the evening or if it rains, you need a taxi or car :-). But then again, you can't have it all :-).

Excellent hotel, newly renovated, good value for the money.

The entire hotel was recently renovated. The wellness area, sauna, steambath, swimming pool were all in new condition, well maintained and very comfortable. Most important, the water in the swimming pool was warm, very enjoyable for a relaxing swim!! The breakfast buffet had a lot of different offerings, and eggs were cooked to order. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Staff make a hotel, shame this one is let down by them so won’t be returning!

The staff! So rude, I’ve never been to a hotel where staff are as rude the man at check in being the worst. Renovations going on which we weren’t told about. Car park full of building materials so cars dumped everywhere, spa closed, unfinished restaurant and hallways. Works ongoing during the stay, paint spraying etc, why not close to renovate instead of ruining customers stay?

Fresh and clean, updated and modern. Nice touch which touch charge for phone and could connect apple tv/chrome cast to the tv straight in the wall.

Ok so 2 wifis both disconnect all the time. Then hard to come back in on it again. Quite a few min each time. Forget wifi and re do was best option. The doors makes alot of sounds, like they close to fast/hard. So adjurning rooms around was easy ro hear. This 80x80 pillows aint the best to sleep with, very high/thick as well. Seems to be a german thing tho. Guess its up to each and everyone if one likes it or not.

For that money I expect clean pillow, a working toilet, tea maker. But otherwise not too bad.

Small things, adding up: Toilet didn't flush well. - Pillow (all 2 were the same semi-fluffy uncomfortable variety) had covers that left a huge part of the pillow exposed, disgusting. - Coffee/ tea maker was dirty and even after 4x getting water, still brown water came out, was in no way suitable to make tea or to get hot water.

INCREDIBLY impressed with this hotel. It's a gem in Baden Baden with a lovely 15-20 minute walk to the heart of town through a lovely greenspace. The hotel itself was a slightly swanky surprise on our Black Forest road trip. It was fantastic to have a balcony to air out on, take a swim, hot tub, and citrusy sauna! Also the gym was a welcome surprise with some basic machines and weights.

Only drawback is they can run out of parking on their property. We got lucky, but I saw a lot of disgruntled guests checking in later who had to hunt out parking down some side streets, which was hard to come by.

Nice hotel away from the main thoroughfare withan enjoyable walk into the town.

Large rooms, with balcony and view of garden. The room had a large comfortable bed. pool and gym available. A short walk to get to Lichtentaler Allee on which you can take a pleasant stroll to the town centre. Supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance.

Bathroom exhaust fans corroded and not working was a small downside of an otherwise great stay.

it’s more expensive than it should be considering the service and the conditions

it was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was cool.

we payed 140€ per night for a double bed and the blanket was not even for 2 people a big one for a double bed, they put two small blankets. it was my boyfriend’s birthday so i asked them to decorate before our arrival and they didn’t do. also the pool&sauna area is definitely not on a 4 star hotel level, it was very old.
