Very friendly and helpful staff. The beautiful and luxurious room was a welcomed treat after our long journey.
Parking. The staff had to make arrangements for a neighboring parking area. Though this worked out well, it was an inconvenience.

I liked the location but I wasn’t a fan of the limited parking options. Because of our disassociation, they did protect a discount which was appreciated so my review is better than what it would have been.
Issues with staff, not friendly, issues with parking and breakfast wasn’t optimal at all. Plus my diamond earrings randomly disappeared in the bathroom after I hide them away in my little baggie. Of course the time I don’t put them in a safe or wear them. Limited follow up about that. Maybe I somehow lost them myself? I just wouldn’t ever go back to this hotel or same brand.
