Nicely renovated hotel in the heart of Baden Baden. Lovely spa facilities, clean and modern. Clean and comfortable room. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The staff in the restaurant was very frantic, with chaotic energy. But we assumed this was because they were understaffed on Good Friday. And the food was great at dinner. The breakfast could have come with more fresh fruit and vegetables (but maybe this is not the German way).

Beautifully renovated property with an excellent sauna and dampfbad on site. Easy parking for our car was a great draw card. Easy walk to downtown. Staff were very helpful and spoke English which made things easy.
In the early morning there was some whistling which seemed to be caused by people showering in other rooms. Not a big issue but something the property may want to address if possible.

Very clean with lovely spa and pool area. Adjoining rooms were great and spacious.
Parking limited and additional car park opposite not available. Had to find street parking. Only one room available on check-in. Had to wait until the evening for second room.

I liked the location but I wasn’t a fan of the limited parking options. Because of our disassociation, they did protect a discount which was appreciated so my review is better than what it would have been.
Issues with staff, not friendly, issues with parking and breakfast wasn’t optimal at all. Plus my diamond earrings randomly disappeared in the bathroom after I hide them away in my little baggie. Of course the time I don’t put them in a safe or wear them. Limited follow up about that. Maybe I somehow lost them myself? I just wouldn’t ever go back to this hotel or same brand.
