Great choice , excellent serviceflats

Booked last minute, but turned out to be a great choice. Very friendly people - the staff kept open the kitchen/bar and food was ready upon our arrival. Amazing service! For an overnight stay absolutely fine for a family of 4, comfortabel enough and the location is easy to reach just off the freeway.

Price level and value for money for room was fair, but we felt prices for restaurant/bar were a little high.

Loved it, was simply perfect, cant wait to visit again!!

It was perfect, super close to BF, Strasbourg, Baden-Baden. Staff is amazing - super friendly and always tries to go an extra step tk take care of your needs. The building looks fresh, very well maintained and clean. One of the best experinces for a stay. The apart has also a mini kitchenette- makes you flexible to cook.

The highlight of my stay was the incredible service provided by the hotel owner. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests were evident throughout our interaction. I felt like I was in the hands of someone who truly wanted to make my stay memorable. The aparthotel itself exceeded all expectations. My room was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It felt cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after my long day of exploring and transportation from the big city Frankfurt. The location of ADORO Aparthotel was also ideal. Only 15 mins drive to the Karlsruhe Baden-Baden airport. It was also conveniently situated by side of the mountain, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. I highly recommend anyone visiting this hotel to try their local dishes: the Flammenkuchen and Maultaschen.

With heartfelt appreciation, I truly can’t find a single thing to dislike about this remarkable place.

The best Business Hotel stay I have experienced in 15 years

Excellent Hotel. Design was modern and contemporary. Breakfast was first class and luxurious. Also the personal touch and service was the best I have experienced in over 15 years of bussiness travel. Will give 12 over 10 if I could. The extra two points are for the pleasant surprise gift I got on my birthday. A day after I checked in. Attention to service was unparalleled.

Very good

Great breakfast - very clear and fresh room with coffemachine and fridge etcetera. Nice beds, and also a nice bar with a terrace. No complaints as to personal, everyone was very nice and the apartment was big enough.

The location is a bit off, took about 20 mins to walk to the city but the walk is not a great one. Its just by the road and some parkingspots - so aslong as you are not planning to hang in the vicinity that much its a great hotel. The room was very hot and the AC was not working that well, but we could open a window and that made it OK with the temp.

Fabulous place to stay, parking was nearby and free, menu at apartment to order food/drinks

Fabulous Breakfast in a very beautiful spot ontop of the hotel. The Host and Hostess were able to allow me to eat breakfast earlier than normal hours on weekends. Lovely, and most delicious. The area is quite nice, very quiet and had great playground, bakery, and a Lidl store nearby. Excellent Hotel/Apartment for travelers with pets/

The highlight of our stay was the exceptionally nice receptionist. We were also very happy with our rooms, which were spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated, and perfectly clean. The free-of-charge outdoor parking offered enough spots to park. We'll come back!

The only problem was, that we had just1 door key. As we have a dog,one of us had to go outside some times, and the other was left in the dark, because the key also goes for the light in the room.

Nice stay at the edge of the black forest

Great place to stay in a family friendly neighborhood and take day trips in the North of the black forest. Different supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl are close by. Comfortable apartment with kitchenette and dining area. A separate bathroom with rain shower. Nice double bed, AC and rolling shutter blinds.

The mattress of the double bed was a little bit too hard for our liking. The apartment is soundproof but the door to the hallway definitely is not. Just the bare minimum of utensils in the kitchenette, with very small pot and pan.

Magnifique sejour dans un endroit très accueillant et cosy

L’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Le déjeuner varié est excellent! Les chambres très propres et bien décorées. L’étage de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner est très bien décoré et on s’y sent bien.

Top verblijf

De gastvrijheid van zowel de eigenaren als van de manager. Het ontbijt was erg goed, de koffie was ook lekker, wat je wel eens anders meemaakt. De netheid van de kamers, elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken.

Geen Nederlandse zenders en Netflix niet met Nederlandse ondertiteling te krijgen maar was niet echt een ding.

Prima doorreis locatie

Super nette en schone locatie.

Het inchecken ging niet vanzelf, moesten bijna een uur wachten voordat we onze kamer sleutel kregen. De man die dat moest doen, moest ook koken en de bar doen. Bij binnenkomst bleek hij ook de portier. Daarom moesten we 10 min wachten tot we naar binnenkonden. Voor de rest goede kamer, erg netjes, prima voor een doorreis.

Balen, geen deken, geen kussen, extra kosten voor zogenaamd gratis ontbijt

Het was raar. We hebben voor 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen gereserveerd. Bij aankomst bleken er vier bedden maar 1 zonder deken en kussen. De reservering was inclusief ‘gratis’ ontbijt. Maar we moesten een flink bedrag bij betalen. Ik heb screenshots gestuurd van onze reserveringen. naar degene van het hotel die met ons sms de van het hotel. Deze bleef maar zeggen dat we voor 2 babies hadden gereserveerd. 1 kind moest maar bij ons in bed. Maar onze kids zijn 15 en 17! Dus dit werd geen fijne nacht zonder dekens en kussen voor een van ons. Plus de extra kosten voor het ontbijt maakt het een vervelende ervaring. Geen blijk van emphatie en klanttevredenheid.

Alles richtig gemacht

Wir waren beruflich im Ort und hatten viel Ausrüstung mit. Einchecken spät Abend war über den Schlüsseltresor kein Problem, auch mit viel Equipment im Fahrstuhl kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig mit Sitzgruppe und Anrichte - modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Frühstück im Dachrestaurant war lecker und sehr vielseitig - Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Fijn verblijf

Zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk geslapen in een mooi ingerichte kamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. We waren een beetje bang vanwege de reviews die aangaven dat de gordijnen dun zijn, maar je kunt de kamer volledig verduisteren. Dame die ons hielp was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Super locatie om de nabije omgeving te ontdekken, of zoals wij een tussenstop tussen Italië en Nederland.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Appartments / Zimmer sind sehr neu und frisch, alles ist sehr gut organisiert und mir wurde bei einem besonderen Problem sehr gut geholfen. Ich komme gerne wieder!
