A room that feels like home! (even if a little too hot)

What amazed us the most was undoubtedly the equipment of the room, which had everything that was necessary for a pleasant stay (for instance, salt, dish soap, pans and cutlery). Moreover, the room was bright and spacious. Finally, the hotel was located nearby two major supermarkets. Thanks to that, combined with the room’s generous equipment, we could had dinner in the room and save few euros. That was great!

Our room faced the streets directly, which made it impossible to open any window. Moreover, we experienced unexpected high temperature in the room, which affected partially the good quality of our stay; if anything, an AC could be useful. Finally, although Booking claimed check-ins to start at 14.00, when we arrived we did a self check-in, making us wonder whether perhaps we could have done it sooner.

There are only 7 parking spots for around 20 rooms, there was only an almost empty toilet paper roll in the room, the coffee maker in the room is a nice touch, but providing only one capsule for two days renders it rather useless after one coffee

location was way to get to.

staff did not pick up or return our calls when we were trying to check in. property had no air conditioning or fans to cool the place down. our son was sweating just sitting on the floor. 10x we tried to contact staff via email and phone numbers as they suggested…no response. we booked at another hotel and didn’t stay here. I would not recommend.

For checkin I didn't know what to do. I booked 4h prior to arrival and wrote them a message 30min before arrival. After 15min i reached the owner on the phone and finally got the instructions how to get the key from the lockbox. At checkout the lady at the counter asked me to fill a form with quite some personal information. Her reasoning is that it is important for my invoice. But the room had been prepaid though Booking already, so in my view sharing my personal information was unnecessary. Everything was great except interaction with staff

Spacious, well decorated, separate bath and toilet, comfortable living room, nice balcony with furniture, easy flexible check-in and checkout, close to train station and a couple of supermarkets

Staff were unavailable until checkout, but it was expected as we stayed during Easter holidays. Kitchen was well equipped but a few more basic things would have helped, like salt, kitchen paper towels and cutting board

It was very neat and clean! The studio was big enough and also the location was easy to find. Parking was free, so that's a plus!

Warm water didn't work at first, but after contacting the host (which was a little difficult tot get a hold on) we recieved instructions for turning the warm water on.

Perfect

We have been to this location twice on our last trip, as it is exactly what we want after a long day of driving. Both times the rooms were insanely big and well equipped. I'm not sure if there is a breakfast option, but we brought our own which we could prepare perfectly in the little kitchen. Parking is available on premise, and check-in is automatic with a locker; super fast & easy. The location is perfect, as there are many nice restaurants in buhl, and we actually like the center of the village a lot.

If you want a personalised experience this is not for you, but for us this was no problem at all. The room, facility and location are just perfect.

We had great staff, got an upgrade that exceeded our expectations … Good variated breakfast for a good price Store nearby and free parking. I lost my ring in the room and they called me to notice this so they could send it to me 😍😍😍

Spacious room, like an small appartment. Nice bathroom and kitchen.

Unfortunaly upon arrival there was no staff and the door of the hotel was closed. I was not informed about this. I called to the hotel and staff from another location guided me to open a postbox with the roomkey. Also the room was set for 1 person (1pillow) while we booked for 2 persons. Since there was no staff we just dealt with it.

Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised. I booked the studio for the first time and it was just like on the pictures on the website: really perfect in every way. Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated studio ... a bottle of water as a gift on a small table. Quiet and peaceful hotel. The staff at the reception is really nice, helpful and welcoming. There was some work being done on the road during my visit and the hotel was very difficult to access. To make up for it when it was not their fault I was offered a bottle of wine and chocolate. They even sent me a message to thank me for leaving the studio in good condition. What a follow-up! Thank you for making my stay more enjoyable. We'll be back with pleasure! Exceptional

The suite we stayed in was excellent. It was spacious, airy & beautifully decorated. It was a very comfortable space. We've traveled to this area and other area's nearby and this was the best experience by far. Most notably the host Sabine is really special. She made us feel at home. Her warmth and cheery disposition made us feel so welcome. She took care of all of our needs. I feel like we made a new friend.

Everything was great. No complaints at all.
